هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش حل مسئله اجتماعی بر احساس تنهایی، خودکارآمدی و امید به زندگی در زنان مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر در مراکز اقامتی میان مدت تبریز در سال 1399 بود. از این بین، 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) وکنترل (15 نفر) قرارگرفتند. شرکت کنندگان هر دو گروه مقیاس احساس تنهایی، مقیاس خودکارآمدی و پرسشنامه امید به زندگی را در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تکمیل کردند. آموزش حل مسئله اجتماعی در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت و آموزش حل مسئله اجتماعی باعث کاهش احساس تنهایی و افزایش خودکارآمدی و امید به زندگی در زنان مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر شد. نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته این پژوهش، به درمانگران و متخصصین حوزه پیشگیری پیشنهاد می شود برای بهبود زنان مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر و پیشگیری از اعتیاد از آموزش حل مساله اجتماعی استفاده کنند.
