واکاوی روش‌های نفوذ و خنثی سازی فشار همسالان در استفاده از مواد مخدر و دخانیات در دانشجویان خوابگاهی

چکیده: (734 مشاهده)
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی روش های نفوذ و خنثی سازی فشار همسالان در استفاده از مواد مخدر دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی مبتنی بر رویکرد پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه های مجتمع آموزش عالی لارستان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بودند که براساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از تکنیک اشباع داده ها، 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش کلایزی انجام گرفت. یافته ها: پس از تحلیل مصاحبه ها، چهار مقوله اصلی نفوذ غایب همسالان، روش های نفوذ منفعلانه، روش های نفوذ فعالانه همسالان و روش های مقابله موثر استخراج شد. مهمترین راهبرد مقابله ای موثر استفاده از چشم انداز زمان در ابعاد شغلی، تحصیلی، سلامتی و ترس از اعتیاد به مواد مخدر بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به موثر بودن راهبردهای مقابله موثر با نفوذ همسالان می توان از این روش ها برای آموزش رفتار اجتنابی از نفوذ همسالان استفاده نمود. این یافته می تواند راه حل چگونگی مقابله با نفوذ همسالان را برای اجرا در دستور کار مسئولان سلامت دانشگاه قرار دهد.
