هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر امید شغلی بر افزایش امید شغلی افراد وابسته به مواد در حال بهبودی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد وابسته به مواد در حال بهبودی انجمن معتادان گمنام شهرستان خمینی شهر در سال 1400 بود. از این بین، 14 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (7 نفر) و کنترل (7 نفر) قرار گرفتند. شرکت کنندگان هر دو گروه پرسشنامه امید شغلی را در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تکمیل کردند. مداخله مبتنی بر امید شغلی در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای با فراوانی دو جلسه در هفته بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، میانگین امید شغلی و ابعاد آن در گروه آزمایش افزایش معنی‌داری پیدا کرد و این افزایش در مرحله پیگیری نیز حفظ شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با استفاده از آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی مؤثر در مسیر شغلی، ایجاد نگرش مثبت نسبت به خود و تقویت خودپنداره مثبت، تقویت آموزه‌های مذهبی و اخلاقی، حمایت‌های مالی و عاطفی، و استفاده از تجارب بهبود‌یافتگان موفق می‌توان امید شغلی در افراد وابسته به مواد در حال بهبودی را افزایش داد.
