هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و اعتیاریابی بسته آموزشی پیشگیری از اعتیاد در نوجوانان با رویکرد مبتنی بر مدرسه و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر گرایش به اعتیاد در دانش‌آموزان انجام گرفت. روش: روش پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل تحلیل مضمون بود و در بخش کمی روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دوماهه مورد استفاده بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر کرج در سال 1402 بود. از این بین، 30 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. به منظور شناسایی مؤلفه‌های بسته آموزشی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. سپس شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه بسته تدوین شده آموزشی پیشگیری از اعتیاد را دریافت نمودند. برای جمع‌آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه‌های آمادگی به اعتیاد و رفتارهای پرخطر استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و داده های کیفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA2020 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: در قسمت یافته های بخش کیفی، حدود 134 مضمون اولیه استخراج شد که درنهایت در قالب 4 مضمون فراگیر و 18 مضمون میانی تدوین شد. در قسمت یافته های کمی، نتایج نشان داد که بسته آموزشی پیشگیری از اعتیاد بر گرایش به اعتیاد دانش‌آموزان اثربخش بود. همچنین نتایج مرحله پیگیری نشان داد که اثرات مثبت مداخله با گذشت زمان حفظ شد. نتیجه گیری: طبق نتایج، استفاده از این مداخله آموزشی توسط سازمان بهزیستی، مراکز روانشناسی و دیگر سازمان‌های آموزشی و فرهنگی برای ارائه آموزش‌های پیشگیری از اعتیاد توصیه می‌شود.
