هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه مولفه‌های آمادگی به اعتیاد در بین نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی و عادی انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مطالعات علی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر 13 تا 18 سال دبیرستان‌های شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. نمونه‌ای به حجم 97 نفر (49 دانش آموز با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی و 48 دانش‌آموز عادی) با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. داده‌ها از طریق مقیاس شناسایی افراد در معرض خطر اعتیاد جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی در نمره کل آمادگی به اعتیاد و مولفه‌های آن شامل افسردگی و درماندگی، نگرش مثبت به مواد، اضطراب و ترس از دیگران، و هیجان‌خواهی بالا در مقایسه با گروه نوجوانان عادی نمرات بالاتری کسب کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که وجود نشانه‌های اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش‌فعالی، زمینه و میزان آمادگی به اعتیاد در نوجوانان را افزایش می‌دهد و آنها را در برابر اعتیاد آسیب‌پذیر می‌کند.
