Introduction: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of Pilates exercises Pilates exercises and electrical stimulation on pulmonary functional indexes and aerobic capacity of addicted men to meth-amphetamine leaving
Method: 50 addicted men who leave volunteers (aged 22-44) have at least three months attending an addiction retardation camp, who were randomly assigned to four groups: Pilates and electric stimulation.
Results: Based on the results, there was a significant difference in pulmonary function factors ( FVC  and FEV1) of the Pilates and electric stimulation group. Also, in the training group, along with false stimulation, all of the evaluated variables except the factor (FEV1 / FVC) increased.
Conclusion: Using the findings of this study, Pilates exercises and electrical stimulation can be used as a therapeutic drug for increasing the functional capacity of the lungs and the aerobic capacity of addicted men.
