fa بررسی اقتصادی رفتار مصرف کنندگان موادمخدر عمومى General پژوهشي Research مسئله مواد مخدر یکی از نگران کننده ترین مسائل قرن حاضر در همه کشورهاست و برنامه های مبارزه با اعتیاد و مواد مخدر در دستورکار دولت‌ها و مجامع بین اللملی قرارگرفته است . در ایران سوء مصرف مواد مخدر و اعتیاد سال‌هاست که به یکی از مسائل حاد اجتماعی- اقتصادی تبدیل شده است و شمار و درصد مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر و معتادان در حال افزایش است . مبارزه با این پدیده مستلزم شناخت دقیق مسئله در همه ابعاد آن (اقتصادی – اجتماعی و سیاسی ) است. بنابراین، برنامه هایی در امر مبارزه با مواد مخدر و اعتیاد موفق خواهند بودکه با شناخت واقعگرایانه از مسئله طرح و اجرا شوند. زیرا در صورتی که طرح‌ها و برنامه های مبارزه با موادمخدر براساس تحقیقات پژوهشی طراحی نشوند، نمی توان به موفقیت آنها امید چندانی داشت . بدین لحاظ، بررسی اقتصادی مواد مخدر ازدیدگاه مصرف کننده وابسته به این مواد می تواند کمکی برای درک پدیده اعتیاد و مواد مخدر باشد. در این مقاله، نخست رفتار مصرف کننده مواد مخدر با توجه به فرضیه‌های سنتی اقتصاد خرد مورد مطالعه می‌گیرد و سپس رابطه بین تقاضای مواد مخدر و افزایش قیمت آن، رابطه بین میل به مصرف مواد مخدر و مقدار مصرف آن و همچنین رابطه بین مصرف مواد مخدر وبزه کاری از دیگر موضوعات مورد بحث مقاله حاضر را تشکیل می‌دهند. در پایان نیز اشاره‌ای به میزان مصرف مواد مخدر در ایران شده است. Illicit drug problem is one of the most worrying issues of the presenet century in all countries and anti-drug addiction programs are included in the agenda of all governments and international community. Drug abuse/addiction in Iran has been one of the most important social and economical problems for several years and the number and percentage of drug users/addicts are growing. Campaign against this phenomenon needs in-depth recognition of all aspects (economic, social and political) of this problem. So, such programs will be successful in fighting against illicit drugs and drug addiction if they are developed and implemented through a realistic recognition. One can not hope the success of anti-drug programs if they are not planned on the basis of researches. Therefore, reviewing the economical aspect of illicit drugs via usrers’ viewpoints will help to undrestand illicit drug addiction phenomenon. In this article, the behaviour of drug usres is studied on the basis of micro-economic traditional assumptions. The relation between deman and prices of illicit drugs, the relation between tendency to drug consumption and the amount of drug consumption and the relaion between drug consumption and criminal acts are among the discussed issues of this article.
