fa مقایسه کنش‌های اجرایی، حافظه فعال و توجه انتخابی بین نوجوانان با و بدون مصرف‌ کانابیس Comparison of Executive Functions, Working Memory, and Selective Attention Between Adolescents With and Without Cannabis Use تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research  هدف: پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه کنش‌های اجرایی، حافظه فعال و توجه انتخابی بین نوجوانان با و بدون مصرف‌کننده کانابیس پرداخت. روش: این پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه نوجوانان20-16 ساله مصرفکننده کانابیس مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد و نوجوانان بدون مصرف کانابیس شهر کرمان در سال 1403 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 70 نوجوان مصرف کننده کانابیس و 70 نوجوان بدون مصرف کانابیس بودند که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان از طریق آزمون استروپ، آزمون دسته بندی کارت های ویسکانسین و آزمون حافظه فعال ارزیابی شدند. دادهها با روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که بین دو گروه نوجوانان با و بدون مصرف‌کننده کانابیس در میانگین نمرات کنش های اجرایی، حافظه فعال و توجه انتخابی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به طور خاص، نوجوانان مصرف کننده کانابیس میانگین نمرات کمتری بر روی متغیرهای کنش های اجرایی، حافظه فعال و توجه انتخابی نسبت به نوجوانان بدون مصرف کانابیس داشتند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مصرف کانابیس می تواند به ایجاد مشکلات شناختی نظیرکاهش توانایی کنش‌های اجرایی، حافظه فعال و توجه انتخابی در نوجوانان مصرف کننده‌ کانابیس منجر شود. بنابراین، آگاه سازی نوجوانان از اثرات منفی مشکلات شناختی می تواند در پیشگیری از مصرف کانابیس موثر باشد. Objective: The present study aimed to compare executive functions, working memory, and selective attention between adolescents with and without cannabis use. Method: This study was a causal-comparative research. The statistical population comprised all 16- to 20-year-old adolescents using cannabis who were referred to addiction treatment centers, as well as non-cannabis-using adolescents, in the city of Kerman in 2024. The research sample consisted of 70 cannabis-using adolescents and 70 non-cannabis-using adolescents selected via convenience sampling. Participants were evaluated by the Stroop test, the Wisconsin card sorting test, and the working memory test. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Results: The findings of MANOVA showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups of adolescents with and without cannabis use in the mean scores of executive functions, working memory, and selective attention. Specifically, cannabis-using adolescents scored lower on the variables of executive functions, working memory, and selective attention compared to non-cannabis-using adolescents. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that cannabis use can lead to the emergence of cognitive impairments, such as a decline in executive functioning, working memory, and selective attention, among adolescent cannabis users.
