fa شیوه‌های مدیریت افراد وابسته به مواد متجاهر در دنیا: ترسیم نقشۀ مفهومی و مطالعۀ مروری نظام‌مند، گامی به سوی طراحی و مداخله در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 18.6667px;"><b>&nbsp;</b></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt">هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی شیوه &shy;های مدیریت افراد وابسته به مواد متجاهر در دنیا به &shy;منظور طراحی برنامه&shy; های مداخله &shy;ای برای ایران بود. <b>روش:</b> طرح پژوهش از نوع مطالعه نظام‌مند تحلیلی بود. در این راستا، برای یافتن مستندات مربوط به شیوه &shy;های مدیریت افراد وابسته به مواد متجاهر در دنیا، جستجوی یکپارچه و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مقالات منتشر شده تا سال 2023 در پایگاه&shy; های اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Pubmed</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Springer</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Scopus</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">ProQuest</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Elsevier</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Science direct</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">National Institutes of Health</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt">، </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">Google Scholar</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt"> ، انجام شد. <b>یافته‌ها:</b> یافته‌ها حاکی از تمرکز بیشتر متون بر روی موضوعات مدیریت درد، خود-مدیریتی، مصاحبه انگیزشی، مراقبت‌های اولیه، موانع خدمات بهداشتی، آموزش، مراقبت بیمار-محور، کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روانی بود. <b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> مطابق با یافته‌های شواهد-محور، مداخلات جامع رفتاری و دارویی، مداخلات مبتنی بر اقامت یا اسکان، مداخلات کاهش آسیب، برنامه‌های راهنمایی همتایان، درمان‌های جایگزین، برنامه‌های اشتغال و آموزش حرفه‌ای، مداخلات مبتنی بر ایمان و مداخلات مبتنی بر عدالت کیفری برای افراد وابسته به مواد متجاهر ایران پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Objective</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">: The aim of the current research was to investigate the methods of managing notorious substance-dependent individuals globally to design intervention programs in Iran. <b>Method</b>: The research design involved an analytical systematic study.
