fa تجربه زیسته زنان متقاضی طلاق با همسر وابسته به مواد: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف:</span></b> <span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجربه زیسته <a name="_Hlk158509769">زنان متقاضی طلاق با همسر وابسته به مواد </a>بود. <b>روش</b>&shy;: پژوهش حاضر کیفی مبتنی بر رویکرد پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه پژوهش زنان متقاضی طلاق با همسر وابسته به مواد شهر تهران در سال 1401 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند و</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تکنیک اشباع داده &shy;ها، 17 نفر انتخاب شدند. جمع&shy; آوری داده&shy; ها با روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه&shy; ساختاریافته و تحلیل داده&shy; ها با استفاده از روش </span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تحلیل مضمون </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">انجام گرفت.</span> <b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته&shy; ها</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">: در این مطالعه</span> <span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پس از استخراج جملات و کلمات مهم از متن مصاحبه، 4 درون&shy;مایه اصلی و 16 درون مایه فرعی استخراج شد. درون مایه&shy; های اصلی شامل نارضایتی زناشویی، قطع ارتباط عاطفی، اجبار به طلاق و نگرانی در مورد آینده خود و فرزندان بود. <b>نتیجه &shy;گیری</b>: خانواده&shy; ها و به ویژه همسران مردان مصرف&shy; کننده مواد به دلیل قرار گرفتن در معرض آسیب&shy; پذیری شدید فردی و اجتماعی نیازمند درک و حمایت همه جانبه هستند. این یافته‌ها دیدگاه جدیدی به تیم درمان برای درک واقعی‌تر خانواده‌های بیماران وابسته به مواد و مشکلات واقعی آنها می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre data-placeholder="Translation" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-text" style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective:</span></b> <span lang="X-NONE" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The purpose of this study was to investigate the lived experience of women who file for divorce with a substance-dependent spouse. <b>Method:</b> The present study was a qualitative study based on a phenomenological approach. The statistical population was women applying for divorce with a substance-dependent spouse in Tehran in 2023, and 17 subjects were selected based on purposive sampling and using the technique of data saturation. Data collection was done through in-depth semi-structured interviews and the data were analyzed using thematic analysis. <b>Results:</b> In this study, after extracting key phrases and words from the interview text, 4 main themes and 16 sub-themes were extracted. The main themes included marital dissatisfaction, emotional separation, forced divorce, and concern for the future of themselves and their children. <b>Conclusion:</b> The families and especially the spouses of male substance users need comprehensive understanding and support as they are exposed to extreme personal and social vulnerability.
