fa مقایسه اثربخشی درمان چند وجهی لازاروس و درمان ماتریکس بر شاخص‌های درمان سوءمصرف مواد مخدر عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه‌ اثربخشی درمان چندوجهی لازاروس و درمان ماتریکس بر شاخص‌های درمان سوءمصرف مواد مخدر بود. </span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">روش</span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی (پیش آزمون-پس آزمون) و جامعه آماری شامل همه معتادان تحت درمان شهر اصفهان در سال 1399 بودند که از بین آن‌ها، 45 نفر به شیوه&shy;ی در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه قرار داده شدند. ابزار گرداوری شامل مقیاس خلق مثبت- منفی، پرسشنامه اهداف شخصی، پرسشنامه سنجش وسوسه مصرف مواد پس از ترک و آزمون تفکرات غیرمنطقی بود. داده‌های به دست آمده</span><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید</span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">. یافته‌ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"> نتایج نشان داد که درمان چندوجهی لازاروس باعث بهبود در همه شاخص‌های درمان به جز وسوسه‌ی مصرف مجدد و درمان ماتریکس باعث بهبود در همه شاخص‌ها به جز تفکر غیرمنطقی توقع تأیید از دیگران و وسوسه‌ی مصرف مجدد شده است</span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">. </span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بین میانگین گروه درمان چندوجهی لازاروس و میانگین گروه درمان ماتریکس در خلق مثبت، خلق منفی، تفکر غیرمنطقی درماندگی در برابر تغییر، تفکر غیرمنطقی توقع تأیید از دیگران، تفکر غیرمنطقی اجتناب از مشکل و تفکر غیرمنطقی بی‌مسئولیتی هیجانی تفاوت معنی‌داری به نفع گروه درمان چندوجهی لازاروس وجود دارد. در حالی که بین میانگین گروه درمان چندوجهی لازاروس و گروه درمان ماتریکس در انگیزش انطباقی و وسوسه‌ی مصرف مجدد تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. </span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">: در نتیجه پیشنهاد می‌شود که روان شناسان مراکز ترک اعتیاد از روش درمان چندوجهی لازاروس بر حسب متغیرهای مورد بررسی، استفاده نمایند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Objective:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of Lazarus multifaceted treatment and matrix treatment on indications for treatment of drug abuse. <b>Method:</b> The research method was semi-experimental (pre-test-post-test) and the statistical population included all addicts under treatment in Isfahan in 2020, from which 45 people were selected by random sampling and randomly placed in three groups. Research tools included positive-negative mood scale, personal goals questionnaire, drug use temptation questionnaire after quitting and irrational thinking test. The obtained data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. <b>Results:</b> The results showed that the multifaceted treatment of Lazarus improved all the indicators of treatment except the temptation to re-use and the treatment of the matrix improved all the indicators except the irrational thinking of expecting approval from others and the temptation to re-use. Also, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean of Lazarus multidimensional treatment group and the mean of matrix treatment group in positive mood, negative mood, irrational thinking, helplessness against change, irrational thinking, expecting approval from others, irrational thinking, avoidance problem and irrational irresponsible thinking in favor with Lazarus Multidimensional Treatment Group.
