fa ساخت و هنجاریابی دستگاه اتوماتیک توزیع شربت متادون برای کاهش خطاهای متادون درمانی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف</strong>: به خاطر استفاده از مخدرها، انواع خطاهای (عمدی-سهوی) داروئی در کلینیک &shy;های بازتوانی اعتیاد ممکن است رخ دهد. سیستم&shy; های توزیع داروی اتوماتیک نقش بسزائی در کاهش نرخ خطاهای دارودرمانی دارند. <strong>روش</strong>: بر اساس الزامات مراکز بازتوانی اعتیاد، طراحی و ساخت دستگاه موردنظر انجام شد. نمونه&shy; های اولیه این دستگاه مورد آزمون در چند مرکز بازتوانی اعتیاد قرار گرفت. <strong>یافته &shy;ها</strong>: در انتها نتایج حاصل از عملکرد نمونه نهائی با استفاده از روشهای آماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج کمی سنجش (در چند مرکز و چند دستگاه) نشان داد متوسط و انحراف&shy; استاندارد خطای عملکرد دستگاه 0/055 &plusmn; 0/232 میلی لیتر و خطای نسبی 0/58 &plusmn; 1/33 درصد می&shy; باشد. <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری</strong>: در این مقاله به اصول عملکردی و بررسی اعتبار و روائی دستگاه توزیع شربت متادون پرداختیم. نتایج نشان داد این وسیله می&shy; تواند در کاهش خطاهای دارودرمانی در حوزه مدیریت اعتیاد موثر واقع شود.</span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: A variety of (deliberate or inaccurate) errors in drug rehabilitation clinics may occur&nbsp; due to use of addictive drugs. Automated drug distribution systems play a significant role in reducing drug medication errors.<strong> Method</strong>: Firstly, according to the addiction rehabilitation centers requests, the design and construction of the device was performed. The prototype systems were examined and tested in several centers. Finally, the results of the final sample performance were analyzed using statistical methods.<strong>Results</strong>: The results of quantitative measurements (in multi-center and multi-device) indicate that the mean and standard deviation of the error of the machine is 0.232 &plusmn; 0.055 mL and the relative error is 1.33 &plusmn; 0.58 percent.<strong>Conclusion</strong>: In this article, we described the principles of operation, reliability and accuracy of a methadone syrup dispenser system.
