fa مروری برمطالعه اثربخشی تحریک فراجمجه ای مغز با جریان مستقیم (tDCS) در اختلالات مصرف مواد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> تحریک فراجمجمه &shy;ای با جریان الکتریکی مستقیم (<span dir="LTR">tDCS</span>)، اخیرا به عنوان یک تکنیک در حوزه اختلالات مصرف مواد، کاربرد پیدا کرده است. در این مقاله به مرور مقالات و پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این زمینه پرداخته شد تا مسائل مرتبط با روش‌شناسی، کاربرد و اثربخشی آن را در حیطه اختلالات مصرف مواد مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. <strong>روش: </strong>تعداد 24 مقاله از بین60 مقاله موجود انتخاب از میان آن‌ها 2۲ مطالعه بر اثر <span dir="LTR">tDCS</span> برکرتکس پیش&shy; پیشانی و ۳ مطالعه بر اثربخشی <span dir="LTR">tDCS</span>بر کاهش ولع مصرف مواد اشاره داشتند. <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> هنوز به‌طور قطع نمی‌توان در مورد اثربخشی <span dir="LTR">tDCS</span> به عنوان یک درمان بسیار مؤثر در کاهش ولع مصرف مواد اظهارنظر نمود. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>نمونه‌های کوچک، پروتکل‌های متفاوت و طول دوره مطالعه و عدم وجود پیگیری‌های بعدی از محدودیت‌های اصلی مطالعات انجام شده بودند. اما می‌توان از آن به عنوان یک درمان مکمل استفاده نمود. </span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) has recently applied as a technique in the domain of drug use disorders. In this paper, we reviewed the articles and studies carried out in this field in order to examine the issues pertaining to the methodology, its application, and its effectiveness in the area of drug use disorders. <strong>Method:</strong> The number of 24 papers was selected out of 60 available papers.
