fa بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن شفقت ورز بر تعدیل طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در معتادین مواد افیونی تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><a name="OLE_LINK166"></a><a name="OLE_LINK165"><strong>هدف</strong></a>: آموزش ذهن شفقت ورز مطابق با ساختار درمان های شناختی رفتاری طراحی شد و سیر تاریخی این مدل درمانی در عدم بهبود هیجان های منفی در درمان شناختی رفتاری ریشه دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن شفقت ورز بر تعدیل طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در معتادین مواد افیونی تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون است. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون-پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. تعداد30 مرد مصرف کننده مواد (میانگین سنی=5/32 سال) به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس از دو مرکز ترک اعتیاد انتخاب شدند و پس از تشخیص با مصاحبه ی بالینی ساختاریافته برای اختلال های محور <span dir="LTR">I</span> در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در دوازده جلسه گروه درمانی مبتنی بر آموزش ذهن شفقت ورز گیلبرت شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان به وسیله ی پرسش نامه طرحواره اولیه یانگ (فرم کوتاه) در سه مرحله پیش از شروع مداخله، جلسه پایانی و یک ماه بعد (جلسه پیگیری) ارزیابی شدند. <strong>یافته&shy; ها</strong>: یافته&shy;های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که نمرات در طرحواره ها به جز طرحواره های رهاشدگی/بی ثباتی، بی اعتمادی/بدرفتاری، گرفتاری، استحقاق/بزرگ منشی، معیارهای سرسختانه/عیب جویی افراطی، در گروه آزمایش کاهش یافت. <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه می توان گفت آموزش ذهن شفقت ورز، درمان موثری در تعدیل طرحواره&shy;های ناسازگار اولیه در معتادین مواد افیونی تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون است.</span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The compassionate mind training was designed in accordance with the structure of cognitive-behavioral therapies and the historical period of this therapeutic model is rooted in the improvement of negative emotions in cognitive-behavioral therapy. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of compassionate mind training in the adjustment of early maladaptive schemas in opiate addicts under methadone maintenance treatment. <strong>Method:</strong> A quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test-follow-up control group design was used in this study. A total of 30 male substance users (mean age = 32.5 years) were selected from two addiction treatment centers by convenience sampling method and were classified into two groups after being diagnosed with axis I disorders through a structured clinical interview. The experimental group participated in twelve sessions of Gilbert&#39;s Compassionate Mind Training Group.
