fa رواسازی فهرست وارسی شریکان زندگی: اندازه گیری مشکلات تجربه شده اعضای خانواده سوء مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 42.55pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف این مطالعه رواسازی فهرست وارسی شریکان زندگی در اعضای خانواده سوء مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر بود. <strong>روش:</strong> طرح پژوهش حاضراز نوع توصیفی است. شرکت کنندگان 397 نفر از خانواده های مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های ترک اعتیاد استان سمنان بودند که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. <strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> دامنه ضریب اعتبار در بعد فراوانی از0/57(سلامتی) تا 0/81 (مالی) و در بعد شدت، از 0/53 (اجتماعی/ عاطفی) تا 0/81 (درگیری با مراجع حقوقی/ دولتی) بود. شواهد روایی نشان داد که عملکرد خانواده ها با و بدون دریافت کمکهای مالی از سازمانهای حمایتی، و خانواده ها با و بدون داشتن پرونده در مراجع قضایی در خرده مقیاسهای ابزار به طور معنادار متفاوت بود. &nbsp;نمرات خرده مقیاسهای مالی، اجتماعی/عاطفی، ارتباط با خرده مقیاس های مالی و ابراز گری عاطفی و ارتباطات پرسشنامه عملکرد ازدواج مرتبط بود. خرده مقیاس سوء استفاده فیزیکی با پرسشنامه پرخاشگری رابطه معنادار داشت. الگوهای متفاوتی از فراوانی و شدت مشکلات تجربه شده به تبع نوع شریکان زندگی مشاهده شد. شایع ترین مشکل شریکان زندگی (والد/ همسر) در بعد فراوانی در خرده مقیاسهای سبک زندگی، ارتباط و اجتماعی/ عاطفی و در بعد شدت در زمینه اجتماعی/ عاطفی مشاهده شد. <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> چک لیست شریکان زندگی ابزاری معتبر و روا در تشخیص فراوانی و شدت مشکلات خانواده افراد سوء&shy;مصرف کننده است و در بعضی از خرده &shy;مقیاس&shy;ها نسبت به اثر مداخلات حساسیت دارد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective: </strong>The present study aimed at validating partners&#39; checklist among the family members of drug abusers. <strong>Method:</strong> A descriptive research design was used in this study. The number of 397 participants of the families referring to addiction clinics in Semnan Province was randomly selected as the sample units. <strong>Results:</strong> Reliability in the frequency range was variable from .57 (healthy) to .81 (financial) and, in intensity dimension, ranged from .53 (Social/Emotional) to .81 (conflict with legal authorities/government), respectively. The validity evidence showed that functioning was significantly different between families with and without receiving financial assistance from support organizations; and between families with and without a case in the courts in terms of the subscales of the instrument. Scores of financial and social/emotional subscales; association with financial and emotional expression subscales; and relations between Marriage Performance Questionnaire were statistically significant. The subscale physical abuse had a statistically significant association with Aggression Questionnaire. Different models of frequency and intensity of experienced problems depending on the type of life partner were observed.
