fa مقایسه تکانشگری بین افراد مبتلا به ایدز، افراد دارای سوء‌مصرف مواد و همتایان سالم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> هدف: پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه تصمیم‌گیری مخاطره آمیز بین افراد مبتلا به ایدز، افراد دارای سوء-مصرف مواد و جمعیت غیربالینی پرداخته است. روش: این پژوهش، علی-مقایسه‌ای بوده که در شش ماهه‌ی اول سال 91 انجام شد. در این پژوهش 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به ایدز و 30 نفر بیمار سوء‌مصرف کننده مواد و 30 نفر از جمعیت غیربالینی در محدودۀ سنی 67-15 سال به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌های انتخابی براساس متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات و جنس همتا بودند. مقیاس تکانشگری بارات (1997) در هر سه گروه نمونه اجرا شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین افراد سه گروه در خرده مقیاس‌های تکانشگری تفاوت وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که درجاتی از آسیب در فرایند تصمیم‌گیری افراد وابسته به مواد و افراد مبتلا به ایدز وجود دارد، نقصی که ممکن است ریشه در پاره‌ای از رگه‌های شخصیتی، آسیب‌های عصب شناختی، مصرف مواد، عدم دریافت آموزش‌های مناسب و کافی در زمینه مهارت‌های زندگی، حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری و یا وجود احساسات، افکار و باورهای شخصی یا فرهنگی پیرامون رفتارهای محافظتی در حین رابطه جنسی باشد. </div> Objective: This study was an attempt to compare impulsive decision-making between AIDS sufferers, people suffering substance abuse, and nonclinical populations. Method: This was a causal-comparative study which was conducted within the six months of 2011. In this study, 30 AIDS sufferers, 30 drug abusers, and 30 healthy subjects from nonclinical population in the 15-67 age range were selected through convenience sampling. The selected participants were matched in terms of age, education, and gender. Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (1997) were administered to the three groups. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference among the three groups in impulsivity subscales. Conclusion: The results showed that there existed some degree of deficiency in decision-making processes in AIDS sufferers and drug dependent persons.
