fa اثر هشیاری بر مهار و سوگیری توجه به محرک‌های مرتبط با مواد در افراد مصرف کننده هروئین عمومى General پژوهشي Research <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%" dir="rtl"><font size="3"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt font-family: "B Zar" mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing: -0.1pt font-family: "B Zar" mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman""> اعتیاد بر عملکردهای شناختی مختلفی از جمله توجه تاثیر دارد. بررسی اثر هشیاری بر مهار و سوگیری توجه به محرک­های مرتبط با مواد در افراد مصرف­کننده هروئین و همتایان سالم هدف تحقیق حاضر است. <b>روش:</b> این پژوهش از نوع علی-مقایسه­ای است. جامعه آماری آن تمامی افراد وابسته به مواد افیونی شهر ابهر بود. با روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس تعداد 60 نفر افراد مصرف کننده هروئین انتخاب و60 نفر از افراد سالم که از نظر سن و جنس با گروه مصرف کننده همتا شده بود، به عنوان گروه مقایسه انتخاب شد. آزمون­های عصب­شناختی دات­پروب و استروپ اجرا شد. <b>یافته­ها</b>: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که در آزمون دات­پروب بین دو گروه تفاوت وجود داشت و گروه بهنجار عملکرد بهتری داشتند. در آزمون استروپ نیز محرک­های مواد چه به صورت هشیار و چه ناهشیار ارائه شوند، شناسایی شده و نسبت به آن­ها در افراد مصرف­کننده سوگیری دیده می­شود.<b> نتیجه­گیری</b>: با توجه به اثرات مخرب اعتیاد بر توانایی شناختی می­بایستی در درمان مبتلایان به مشکلات شناختی آن­ها توجه شود.</span></font></p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font> Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effect of consciousness on inhibition of and attentional bias to stimuli associated with drugs among heroin users and their counterparts. Method: In this study, a causal-comparative research method was used. All persons dependent on opiates in Abhar city constituted the study population. The number of 120 participants containing two 60-person groups of heroin users and their counterparts (i.e. non-users) were selected through convenience sampling. The two groups had been matched for age and sex and were compared through conducting the two neurological tests of Dot Probe and Stroop tests. Findings: The results showed that there was a difference between the two groups on Dot Probe test where the normal group outperformed the other one. In Stroop test, drug stimuli are provided either consciously or unconsciously, identified then, the stimuli in drug users are decided upon.
