fa اتیولوژی جامعه شناسی اعتیاد عمومى General پژوهشي Research موادمخدر یک واقعیت فیزیکی با مشخصات معین و اثرات عینی دارد که قابل اندازه‌گیری است. اما اثرات آن با مفهوم ذهنی مشاهده‌گر ممکن است منطبق باشد یا نباشد یکی از تعاریف مورد قبول علوم اجتماعی در مورد موادمخدر این است که بر وضعیت روانی انسان یعنی بر کارکرد مغز، روحیه، عواطف، احساسات، ادراکات و فرآیندهای تفکر به شیوه‌های مختلف اثر می‌گذارد. بررسی حاضر نشان می‌دهد که تنها اثرات واقعی موادمخدر تعیین کننده اثرات آن روی مصرف کننده نیست، بلکه انگیزه فرد برای مصرف، محیط اجتماعی حاکم بر مصرف مواد، هنجارهای اجتماعی حاکم بر مواد و شیوه مصرف، همگی بر چگونگی تأثیر این مواد موثر هستند. در این میان، انگیزه‌‌های اجتماعی پنهان در پس مصرف موادمخدر و تأکید بر راه‌های درمانی از عوامل مهم پیشگیری از اعتیاد محسوب می‌شود. The phenomenon of illicit drugs is a physical fact with clear characteristics and objective effects which are measurable. However, its effects may or may not be compatible with observer's mental concept. One of the accepted definitions of illicit drugs in social sciences is that they affect on individuals' psycho conditions namely the function of brain, spirit, kindness, feelings, understandings and thinking processes in different ways. The present study shows that only the real effects of illicit drugs do not determine their effects on consumers rather individual's motivation to drug consumption, social environment, social orders and drug consumption methods affect on the consequences of such drugs.
