fa اثر بخشی اجتماع درمان مدار بر افزایش سطح امید در مراجعین به این مراکز عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر بخشی اجتماع درمان مدار بر افزایش سطح امید در مراجعین به مرکز اجتماع درمان مدار انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی است که با طرح پیش-آزمون- پس‌آزمون و پیگیری، در 3 مرحله اجرا شد. جامعه آماری، کلیه مراجعین بودند که در طول سال 1386 به مرکز اجتماع درمان مدار شهر اصفهان مراجعه کرده‌اند. از هر 30 نفر مراجعه کننده به مرکز خواسته شد پرسشنامه مقیاس امید بزرگسالان که توسط اسنایدر تهیه شده است را پاسخ دهند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS و با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌های مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج بـه دست آمده حاکـی از آن است که اجتماع درمان مدار بـر سطح مقیاس کلی امید مراجعه‌کنندگان به این مرکز مؤثر بوده است. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه‌های زوجی، اثر درمان را بر سطح مقیاس کلی امید افزایش داده و نیز تأثیر آن‌را در مرحله پیگیری نشان می‌دهد. اجتماع درمان مدار در مورد مؤلفه عامل، افزایشی نداشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اجتماع درمان مدار بر افزایش سطح امید در مقیاس کل مؤثر بوده است و می‌توان از این درمان به عنوان عاملی برای پیشگیری استفاده کرد. Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of therapeutic community on the increasing hope level of the addicted clients of these centres. Method: This study is a semi experimental and was implemented in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up: before offering the treatment program, after treatment and two months after treatment. Statistical society included all clients of the therapeutic centre in Isfahan during 1386. All 30 clients were asked to fill in the Snyder's adult hope scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by the SPSS software and statistical methodology of variance analysis with repeated measurements. Findings: The results indicate that therapeutic community is effective on level of general hope scale of the clients. The results of the comparisons increased the therapeutic effectiveness on level of general hope scale of clients and show its effect on follow-up stage. Regarding the factor, therapeutic community has not had an increase and the follow-up stage has not been continuous during one month.
