fa شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای ساختار سازمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام: با تأکید بر استراتژی‌های سازمانی، مکانیسم‌های بازتوانی و شیوه‌های درمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی نقاط ضعف و نقاط قوت استراتژی‌های سازمانی و شیوه‌های درمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام پرداخت. <strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر کیفی مبتنی بر روش زمینه‌ای بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران و اعضای انجمن با تعداد سال‌های پاکی بالا بود. بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری و با استفاده از روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمهساختاریافته تا حد اشباع دادهها و اشباع نظری، 18 نفر انتخاب شدند. بنابراین، با استفاده از کدگذاری‌های پیشنهادی استراوس و کربین، تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس مدل سوآت انجام شد. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: تحقق اهداف انجمن در گرو حفظ تعادل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها است. علی‌رغم تاکید بر برابری و دموکراسی مشورتی، قهرمان‌پروری ایدئولوژیک شخص‌محور بقای سازمانی را تهدید می‌کند. در مقابل، کمیته‌محوری و تلاش برای بازتولید نظم گروهی بر اساس فهم مشترک کنشگران کارکرد مناسبی برای انجمن دارد. به علاوه، شکل‌گیری تعلق خاطر افراطی به انجمن، اگرچه موجب انسجام درونی شده، نوعی تعصب که مانع از اعمال تغییرات منطبق با مقتضیات زمان در انجمن می‌شود را نسبت به اساسنامه ایجاد کرده است. همچنین، بروز گزینش‌گری‌های سلیقه‌ای انجمن را به سمت فرقه‌ای شدن سوق داده که پیامد آن ظهور دو نگرش تقابل‌جویانه است: انحصارگرایی در تخصصِ درمان اعتیاد و طرد سایر روش‌های درمانی. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: انجمن معتادان گمنام با بهره‌گیری از معنادرمانی، بدنبال تغییر نگرش فرد و بازاجتماعی کردن او از طریق ایجاد بینشی جدید نسبت به خود است. این ساختار در کنار استفاده از روش‌های پرهیزمدار و گروه‌درمانی، موفقیت چشمگیری داشته است. هرچند با چالش‌هایی نظیر طرد سایر رویکردهای درمانی و نقد جایگزینی وابستگی از مواد مخدر به وابستگی به انجمن روبروست، اما همچنان بستری فرصت‌ساز برای بهبود اعضا فراهم می‌کند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The present study aimed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the organizational strategies and therapeutic modalities of Narcotics Anonymous (NA). <strong>Method:</strong> This qualitative study utilized grounded theory. The research population consisted of experts and long-term recovering members of NA with significant years of clean time. Data were collected through purposeful theoretical sampling and a semi-structured in-depth interview with 18 participants until theoretical saturation was reached. Data analysis was conducted using the Strauss and Corbin coding framework and the SWOT strategic model. <strong>Results</strong>: The realization of the association&#39;s objectives depends on maintaining a strategic balance between its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Despite an institutional emphasis on equality and deliberative democracy, the organization&rsquo;s survival is threatened by person-centered ideological hero-worship. Conversely, its &quot;committee-oriented&quot; structure and the reproduction of collective order, grounded in the shared understanding of its actors, serve as functional assets. However, excessive organizational attachment, while fostering internal cohesion, has bred a form of rigid dogmatism regarding the bylaws, hindering necessary adaptations to contemporary requirements. Furthermore, subjective biases are driving the association toward sectarianism, resulting in two confrontational stances: a monopolistic claim over addiction expertise and the systematic rejection of alternative therapeutic modalities. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Leveraging logotherapy, NA seeks to facilitate the resocialization of individuals by reshaping their self-perception and attitudes. This framework has demonstrated significant success through the integration of abstinence-based models and group therapy.
