fa الگوی تحلیل راهبردی مبارزه با مواد مخدر بر محور اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><strong>هدف: </strong>هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه الگوی تحلیل راهبردی مبارزه با مواد مخدر بر محور اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) بود. <strong>روش: </strong>پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و در زمره پژوهش های کیفی بود. روش مطالعه تحلیل گفتمان و تحلیل محتوا بود و روش گردآوری داده ها اسنادی بود. در این پژوهش از مجموعه بیانات و سخنرانی های مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) با تمرکز بر سخنرانی های موضوعی و ویژه در مناسبات استفاده شد و برای طراحی الگوی تحلیل راهبردی، با نظر خبرگان و صاحب&shy;نظران، از روش دلفی استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> الگوی تحلیل راهبردی مبتنی بر اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) در پنج مؤلفه تحلیل واقعیت، اهداف راهبردی، اصول و ارزش ها، سیاست ها و راهبردهای کلی و عمومی و همچنین دو زیرمؤلفه شایستگی های کلیدی و چالش ها ذیل مؤلفه تحلیل واقعیت ارائه شد. همچنین، راهبردهای حوزه مبارزه با مواد مخدر برگرفته از راهبردهای استخراجی از بیانات معظم له را می توان در هفت حوزه فرهنگی-اجتماعی؛ علمی، فناوری و آموزشی؛ اقتصادی؛ سیاسی و سیاست خارجی؛ حقوقی، اداری و قضایی؛ دفاعی-امنیتی و امور زیربنایی دسته بندی نمود. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> الگوی تحلیل راهبردی ارائه‌شده می تواند مورداستفاده همه سازمان ها برای طراحی راهبردها برگرفته از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong>Objective:</strong> This research aimed to present a strategic analysis model of fighting against narcotics based on the thought of the Supreme Leader. <strong>Method</strong>: The present research was applied of qualitative type. The study method was discourse analysis and content analysis, and the data collection method was documentary. In this research, the collection of statements and speeches of the Supreme Leader was used, focusing on thematic and special speeches on occasions, and the Delphi method was used to design a strategic analysis model according to the opinions of experts and experts. <strong>Results</strong>: The strategic analysis model based on the Supreme Leader&rsquo;s thought was provided in five components of reality analysis, strategic goals, principles and values, and general and public policies and strategies, and also two sub-components of key competencies and challenges were presented under the reality analysis component.
