fa بررسی تجارب زیسته جوانان مصرف کننده مواد در فرحزاد تهران: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناختی Investigating the Lived Experiences of Young Substance Users in Farahzad, Tehran: A Phenomenological Study تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زیسته جوانان مصرف کننده مواد در فرحزاد تهران انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی تفسیری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل مصرف کنندگان مواد جوان فرحزاد تهران بود که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از تکنیک اشباع داده ها، 35 نفر (20 مرد و 15 زن) در سال 1401 انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش استراوس و کوربین انجام گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد مثلث خانواده، فرد، و اجتماع با میانجی گری عوامل خانوادگی، اجتماعی، فردی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، و روان شناختی به همراه شخصیت های نابسنده و مستعد و دارای مشکلات رفتاری در پیدایش و شکل گیری زیست جهان زندگی اعتیادی مطالعه شوندگان، موثر بود. نتیجه گیری: بر پایه تجربیات زیسته، افراد مورد مطالعه با دید فردیت محور به دنبال ارزش گذاری کنش های خود در میان همتایان بوده و برای جبران فقدان ها، محرومیت ها، افزایش کیفیت دوستی، تکمیل اوقات فراغت، و فراموشی ناکامی ها و مشکلات رفتار وابستگی به مصرف مواد را تا آنجا ادامه دادند که موجب ایجاد زیست جهان اعتیادی و قفل شدگی آنان در گرداب سقوط و افول مصرف مواد شد. مداخلات جامع، شامل حمایت های اقتصادی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، و روانی به این گروه از جوانان پیشنهاد میشود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the lived experiences of young substance users in Farahzad, Tehran. Method: The research method was qualitative interpretive phenomenology. The research population included young substance users from Farahzad, Tehran. Thirty-five people (20 males and 15 females) were selected based on purposeful sampling using the data saturation technique in 2022. Data collection was performed by semi-structured in-depth interview method, and data analysis was performed using Strauss and Corbin method. Results: The results showed that the triangle of family, individual, and community together with the mediation of familial, social, individual, economic, cultural, and psychological factors along with unsatisfied and prone personalities with behavioral problems were effective in the emergence and formation of the lived experiences of addictive life of the studied sample. Conclusion: Based on the lived experiences, the studied individuals with an individuality-centered viewpoint sought to value their actions among their peers, and in order to compensate for losses and deprivations, increase the quality of friendship, complete leisure time, and forget failures and problems, they continued the substance use behavior to the extent that it caused the creation of addictive lived experiences and getting locked in the vortex of the fall and decline of substance use.
