fa فهم و شناخت مسائل و نیازهای نوجوانان وابسته به مواد محرک Understanding and Recognizing the Problems and Needs of Stimulant-Dependent Adolescents تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف فهم و شناخت مسائل و نیازهای نوجوانان پسر وابسته به مواد محرک انجام گرفت. روش: این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و تحلیل تماتیک بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل همه نوجوانان پسر وابسته به مواد محرک بود که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از تکنیک اشباع داده ها، 12 نفر از نوجوانانی که در مراکز ترک اعتیاد دولتی و غیردولتی تهران و البرز در سال های 1399-1398 حضور داشتند، انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با روش مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت و سپس داده ها با استفاده از روش کلارک و براوون (2006) تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده ها، نیازهای نوجوانان در سه دسته نیازهای عمومی (شامل نیاز به حمایت خانواده، آموزش مهارت های والدینی، ارتباط سالم با دوستان و همسالان، آموزش رسمی و مهارت های زندگی، و تفریح)، نیازهای دوره بازتوانی (شامل نیاز به حمایت دوستان و خانواده، ارائه خدمات متناسب با دوره نوجوانی، پیگیری وضعیت سلامت، داشتن هدف، امید، احترام، و انگیزه)، و نیازهای پس از دوره بازتوانی (شامل نیاز به وجود افراد تاثیرگذار و مراقبت و حمایت اجتماعی مداوم و بلندمدت) به عنوان مضمون‌های اصلی و فرعی استخراج گردید. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، ایجاد و گسترش مراکز ارائه خدمات تخصصی توسط کادر متخصص آموزش دیده آشنا با نیازها و مسائل نوجوان وابسته به مواد به جهت ارائه خدمات روانی-اجتماعی به نوجوانان و خانواده هایشان و برنامه های سوادآموزی و مهارت آموزی ضرورت دارد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: The current research was conducted aiming at understanding and recognizing the problems and needs of stimulant-dependent male adolescents. Method: This research was qualitative and a thematic analysis. The study population included all stimulant-dependent male adolescents, which based on the purposeful sampling method and using the data saturation technique, 12 adolescents were selected from the public and non-public addiction treatment centers of Tehran and Alborz in 2019 and 2020. Data collection was performed with a semi-structured in-depth interview method, and the data were then analyzed using Clark and Brown’s (2006) method. Results: Based on the data analysis, the needs of adolescents were extracted in three categories of general needs (including the need for family support, parenting skills training, healthy communication with friends and peers, formal education and life skills, and recreation), rehabilitation needs (including the need for the support of friends and family, providing services appropriate to the adolescent period, following up on health status, having a goal, hope, respect, and motivation), and post-rehabilitation needs (including the need for influential individuals and continuous and long-term social care and support ) as main and secondary themes.
