fa بررسی وضعیت موجود مدیریت راهبردی پیشگیری اولیه از اعتیاد با رویکرد فرهنگی در ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">هدف پژوهش حاضر</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">بررسی وضعیت مدیریت راهبردی پیشگیری اولیه از اعتیاد با رویکرد فرهنگی بر حسب میزان اهمیت (قابلیت اجرا) و وضعیت موجود (میزان اجرا) بود. <b>روش: </b>روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی بود که با استفاده از پرسش</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">&shy;نامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه کارشناسان&nbsp; فرهنگی و پیشگیری اولیه از اعتیاد دستگاه‌های عضو و مرتبط با ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر در سال 1398 در سطح کشور بود. از میان کارشناسان فرهنگی و پیشگیری در مراکز همه استان‌های کشور مستقر در دستگاه های کلیدی حوزه فرهنگی و پیشگیری از اعتیاد، 275 نفر بر اساس جدول برآورد حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان &nbsp;و نیز روش نمونه&shy; گیری طبقه &shy;ای نسبتی انتخاب شدند. به منظور سنجش روایی و پایایی پرسش&shy;نامه از شیوه اعتبار محتوایی کیفی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. <b>یافته</b></span></span><b> </b><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">&shy;ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">ها نشان داد که هنگام مقایسه بین راهبرد هشت&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">گانه بر حسب وضعیت موجود (میزان اجرا) و میزان اهمیت (قابلیت اجرا) تفاوت معناداری به نفع میزان اهمیت ( قابلیت اجرا) وجود داشت. علاوه بر این، با توجه به بزرگتر بودن میانگین رتبه&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">های میزان اهمیت (قابلیت اجرا) راهبردهای&shy; های هشت&shy;گانه نسبت به میانگین رتبه&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">های وضعیت موجود (میزان اجرا) می&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">توان گفت که وضعیت عملیاتی شدن راهبرد هشت&shy;گانه در سطح مطلوبی نیست. <b>نتیجه&shy;</b></span></span><b> </b><b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">توان گفت که پیشگیری از اعتیاد نیازمند یک مدیریت فرهنگی است که بتوان از طریق آن در راستای کاهش فقر فرهنگی در جامعه و افزایش رویکرد فرهنگی </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">&ndash;</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> اجتماعی در پیشگیری از اعتیاد گام&shy;</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="color:black">های تحولی در کانون های هدف جامعه برداشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#222222">Objective:</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#222222"> The present study aimed to investigate the situation of strategic management of primary prevention of addiction with a cultural approach in terms of level of importance (applicability) and current situation (level of implementation). <b>Method:</b> The method of the present study was of descriptive-analytical and survey type, which was conducted using a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research included all cultural and primary prevention of addiction experts in the member organizations and related to the anti-narcotics headquarters in 2018 nationwide. Among the cultural and prevention experts in the capital cities of all provinces of the country located in the key institutions in the fields of culture and addiction prevention, 275 people were selected based on the sample size estimation table of Krejcie and Morgan using a proportionate stratified sampling method. In order to measure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, qualitative content validity and Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient were used. <b>Results:</b> The results of data analysis showed that when comparing the eight strategies in terms of the current situation (level of implementation) and the level of importance (applicability), there was a significant difference in favor of the level of importance (applicability).
