fa توسعه ناپایدار و شیوع اعتیاد در روستاها (موردمطالعه: روستای امام زاده شهرستان ارومیه) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">هدف</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">:</span>&nbsp;<a name="_Hlk120360929"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر کشف زوایا و ابعاد پنهان چیستی، چرایی، چگونگی و پی‌آمدی شیوع اعتیاد در فرآیند توسعه ناپایدار روستایی و نامتوازن شهری، سنجش شدت و ضریب دامنه شیوع اعتیاد در روستا، و ارایه یک نظریه مبنایی برای انجام پژوهش &shy;های پیمایشی در پژوهش &shy;های آتی از یک طرف و کشف وضعیت انتقال دامنه اعتیاد از سنین خاکستری به دامنه سنی پایین و جوان و</span></a> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">تغییر الگوی سنتی اعتیاد به مواد صنعتی از طرف دیگر بود.</span> <b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">روش</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">:</span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">پژوهش حاضر بر</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">اساس روش نظریه بنیانی با</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود که مطابق با مدل استراس کوربین طراحی شد و از دو گروه مطلعین روستا (به تعداد 17 نفر) و افراد وابسته به مواد روستا (به تعداد 33&nbsp; نفر) تشکیل شد. <b>یافته‌</b></span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.5pt">&shy;</span></b><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt"> ها</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">:</span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">مواد پرمصرف در این روستا به ترتیب تریاک، روان</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">گردان&shy; ها از جمله شیشه و سایر مواد صنعتی و ضریب شیوع اعتیاد در سال &shy;های اخیر با مبدا سال 1397 تا 1399 سالیانه حدود 35 در هزار یعنی حدود 5/3 درصد بود. شرایط علّی روستا با محوریت توسعه ناپایدار آن و سرریز مسائل و آسیب&shy; های شهری شهرستان ارومیه به دلیل توسعه نامتوازنش با شرایط زمینه &shy;ای موجود در ساختار روستا و افراد وابسته به مواد و با دخالت و میانجی‌گری متغیرهای موثر، بستر را برای ضریب شیوع بالای اعتیاد در این روستا فراهم می‌سازد که پی&shy; آمدهای آن در صورت عدم اقدام مداخله &shy;ای شایسته، افزایش ضریب شیوع و شدت یافتن میزان توسعه نیافتگی روستای امام‌زاده ارومیه در آینده خواهد بود. <b>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</b> پیامدهای نگران&shy; کننده توسعه نامتوازن، ازدیاد اختلال کارکردی روستا، کاهش همبستگی اجتماعی، تشدید نابرابری اجتماعی، اشاعه مضاعف اعتیاد، فروپاشی سرمایه اجتماعی و غیره همگی هشدارهای نگران‌کننده‌ای هستند</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.5pt">که باید برایشان چاره‌اندیشی عاجلانه کرد.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><a name="_Hlk105482788"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Objective</span></span></b></a><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">: </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The current research mainly aimed to discover the hidden angles and dimensions of what, why, how, and consequences of the prevalence of addiction in the unsustainable rural and unbalanced urban development process, to measure the intensity and prevalence range coefficient of addiction in the village, and to provide a grounded theory for conducting surveys in future research on the one hand, and to discover the state of transmitting the addiction range from the gray ages to the low and young age ranges, and to change the traditional pattern of addiction to industrial substances on the other hand. <b>Method:</b> The current research was based on the grounded theory method using a semi-structured interview, which was designed according to Strauss-Corbin&#39;s model, and consisted of two groups of village informants (n=17) and substance-dependent individuals in the village (n=33).<b> Results: </b>The most commonly used substances in this village were opium and psychoactive substances, including crystal and other industrial substances, respectively, and the prevalence coefficient of addiction in recent years, starting from 2018 to 2020, was about 35 per thousand annually, i.e., about 3.5%.
