fa نظام معنایی مصرف‌کنندگان ماری‌جوانا از اعتیاد: ارائه یک نظریه زمینه‌ای Marijuana Users' Semantic System of Addiction: Presenting a Grounded Theory تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر کشف نظام معنایی اعتیاد از دید مصرف‌کنندگان ماری‌جوانا بود. روش: روش‌ پژوهش نظریه زمینه‌ای بود که با 20 نفر از جوانان شهر رشت که سابقه مصرف ماری‌جوانا داشتند، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته انجام شد و با شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند-نظری داده‌ها جمع‌آوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری، و گزینشی تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: برای عوامل تاثیرگذار در اعتیاد خوشایند: الف) عوامل زمینهساز شامل ناهنجارشناخته شدن و تمایز دیدگاه، ب) عوامل زمینه ای شامل بینش اجتماعی فردی، گسترش جهان بینی، و فردیت محوری، و ج) <a name="_Hlk39564262">عوامل مداخله</a> گر شامل جامعه پذیری دوستان و افزایش کیفیت دوستی شناسایی و استخراج گردید. همچنین، راهبردها شامل آگاهی به مرغوبیت ماده، خودمهارگری، و چارچوب مصرف بین مصرف کنندگان ماری‌جوانا بود. نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل نهادی، اجتماعی، و فردی در نظام معنایی مصرف‌کنندگان از اعتیاد مؤثر است. کنشگران با توجه به نوع مصرف، همچنین با عقلانی و آگاهانه در نظر گرفتن کنش خود و کارکردهای مناسب ماری‌جوانا در حیات اجتماعی‌شان، و اتکا به این ایده که کاش ماری جوانا در ایران هم آزاد بود، مصرف ماری جوانا را یک کنش اعتیادآور در نظر نمی‌گیرند. از سوی دیگر، تعریف اعتیاد که از جامعه و ساختارها نشات گرفته است را به‌مثابه یک برچسب می‌دانند که منجر به از دست دادن موقعیت اجتماعی کنونی‌شان می‌شود. افزون بر این، نظام معنایی مصرف‌کنندگان از اعتیاد در فرایند یادگیری و الگوسازی کنار همسالان نیز خلق و تقویت می‌شود و بر این باور هستند که ماری‌جوانا متمایز از دیگر مواد مخدر است و آن را یک فعالیت عادی در نظر می‌گیرند.</div> <div> <div><div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on=""></div></div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: The present research aimed to discover the semantic system of addiction from the perspective of marijuana users. Method: The research method was grounded theory in which semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 young people in the city of Rasht who had a history of marijuana use, and the data were collected by theoretical-purposive sampling and analyzed with open, axial, and selective coding. Results: The identified and extracted factors affecting the pleasurable addiction included: a) underlying factors, including being recognized as abnormal and differentiation of viewpoints, b) underlying factors, including individual social insight, expansion of worldview, and individuality orientation, and c) interfering factors, including friends’ socialization and increasing the quality of friendship. Also, the strategies included awareness of substance quality, self-control, and consumption framework among marijuana users. Conclusion: Institutional, social, and individual factors are effective in the users’ semantic system of addiction. Given the type of use, and considering their actions rationally and consciously and the appropriate functions of marijuana in their social life, and relying on the idea that I wish marijuana was free in Iran, activists do not consider marijuana use an addictive act. On the other hand, they view the definition of addiction originating from society and structures as a label that leads to the loss of their current social position.
