fa نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان برای پیشگیری و کنترل مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان در زندان: مطالعۀ کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>&nbsp;</b><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA"> هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان زندان در حوزۀ مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان بود. <b>روش</b>: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی-اکتشافی با رویکرد مطالعه موردی بود. نمونه آماری در چهار زندان تهران شامل خبرگان و روسای زندان‌ها (11 نفر) و معاونین و کارشناسان (52 نفر) به تفکیک حوزه شغلی بود که همگی به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و چهار جلسه گروه کانونی انجام شد. <b>یافته‌ها:</b> 26 نیاز آموزشی برای کارکنان در ابعاد نگرشی، دانشی و مهارتی و 4 نیاز آموزشی برای مدیران به دست آمد. از</span> <span lang="FA">جمله نیازهای کارکنان عبارت بود از آشنایی با مواد روان‌گردان و عوارض آن، روش‌های کشف و جاسازی، مهارت‌های چهره زنی پیشگیری از اعتیاد، خودکنترلی، رفتار با زندانیان، روان‌درمانی و درک مضرات مصرف مواد. </span><span lang="FA">نیازهای مدیران عبارت بود از آشنایی با قوانین، درمان اعتیاد، مهارت پیشگیری و</span> <span lang="FA">درک اعتیاد به‌عنوان بیماری. </span><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> مدیران و کارکنان در نیاز &laquo;روش‌های پیشگیری از اعتیاد&raquo; با یکدیگر مشترک بودند و ضروری است هرگونه برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی دوره آموزشی کارکنان با لحاظ کردن نیازهای دانشی، نگرشی و مهارتی شناسایی‌شده انجام گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17.3333px;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Objective:</span></b> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The current study aimed to identify the educational needs of prison staff in the field of drugs and </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">psychedelics</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">. <b>Method:</b> The research was applied-exploratory with a case study approach. The statistical sample was in 4 prisons in Tehran, including experts and heads of prisons (N=11) and the deputies and specialist (N=52)</span></span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">separated by job field that were selected purposefully and snowballed until theoretical saturation. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview and 4 focus group sessions. <b>Results:</b> 26 educational needs for employees in the dimensions of attitude, knowledge, and skills and 4 educational needs for managers were obtained. Among the staff&#39;s needs were familiarity with psychoactive substances and their side effects, methods of discovery and embedding, facial skills to prevent addiction, self-control, behavior with prisoners, psychotherapy, and understanding of the harms of drug use.
