fa بایسته های کار با خانواده های با والد وابسته به مواد: یک تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه از شاغلان حرفه های یاورانه درگیر با اعتیاد Requirements for Working with Families with a Substance-Dependent Parent: A Phenomenological Analysis of Employees of Helping Professions Involved in Addiction تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه از شاغلان حرفه های یاورانه درگیر با اعتیاد انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه شاغلان حرفه های یاورانه درگیر با مقوله اعتیاد (شامل مشاوران، روان‌شناسان، مددکاران اجتماعی و پزشکان و ...) شهر شیراز در سال 1400 بود که درگیر خدمت رسانی به افراد وابسته به مواد یا خانواده های آن‌ها بودند. در میان آنها، 27 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه عمیق استفاده شد و داده های بدست آمده از مصاحبه با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از استخراج 130 مفهوم از تجربه شاغلان حرفه های یاورانه بود که در قالب 20 زیر مقوله دسته بندی شدند که در نهایت در 6 مقوله کلی حمایت های همه جانبه، آگاه سازی و آموزش مهارت های لازم، تکالیف ارگان ها و متخصصین، خدمات روان شناختی، داشتن اراده و انگیزه برای ترک و خدمات پزشکی طبقه بندی شدند. نتیجه گیری:  خانواده های با والد وابسته به مواد نیازمند مراقبت و حمایت‌های حرفه ای در حوزه‌هایی که ذکر شد هستند و سازمان ها و افراد یاری رسان لازم است مداخلات مناسب را در این حوزه ها طراحی و اجرا کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: The present study aimed to perform a phenomenological analysis of employees of helping professions involved in addiction. Method: The present research was a qualitative phenomenological study. The statistical population of this study included all employees of helping professions involved in the category of addiction (including counselors, psychologists, social workers, doctors, etc.) who were engaged in providing services to substance-dependent individuals or their families in Shiraz in 2021. Among them, 27 people were selected using the purposeful sampling method. An in-depth interview was used to collect data and the data obtained from the interview were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. Results: The results indicated the extraction of 130 concepts from the experiences of employees of helping professions, which were categorized into 20 sub-categories that were finally classified in 6 general categories of all-round support, awareness and training of necessary skills, the tasks of organs and specialists, psychological services, having the will and motivation to withdrawal and medical services.
