fa اثربخشی روش دوازده قدم انجمن معتادان گمنام بر تعارضات زناشویی و تعارضات والد- فرزندی معتادان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;">هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"> از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی روش دوازده قدم انجمن معتادان گمنام بر تعارضات ‌زناشویی و تعارضات ‌والد- فرزندی افراد سوءمصرف‌کننده در انجمن معتادان گمنام شهرستان استهبان بود. <b>روش:</b> این مطالعه از نوع طرح‌های شبه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه شامل کلیه افراد وابسته به مواد حاضر در انجمن معتادان گمنام استهبان بود که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان آن‌ها 20 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه (آزمایشی و گواه) تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌های تعارضات زناشویی و تعارض والدین بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B lotos&quot;,serif">spss</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"> و به روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. <b>یافته‌ها</b></span></span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B lotos&quot;,serif">:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Zar&quot;"> یافته‌ها نشان داد که روش اجرای دوازده قدم انجمن معتادان گمنام موجب بهبود تعارضات زناشویی و تعارضات والد- فرزندی و کاهش فراوانی و شدت تعارضات والد- فرزندی شده است. <b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> برنامه دوازده‌ قدمی انجمن معتادان گمنام نقش مهمی در فرآیند بهبودی فرد به روال یک زندگی سالم و برقراری روابط مناسب خانوادگی و اجتماعی ایفا می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Objective:</span></span></b><b> </b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the twelve-step method of the association of anonymous addicts on marital conflicts and parent-child conflicts of addicts participating in the association of anonymous addicts in Estahban.<b> Method</b>: The research was a semi-experimental study pretest-posttest design and control group. Participants included all the<b> </b>addicts in the association of anonymous addicts in Estahban that 20 of them were selected by purposive sampling and divided into two groups (the experimental group and the control group). Data collection tools included marital conflict and parent conflict questionnaires.
