fa واکاوی دلایل، زمینه‌ها و پیامدهای مصرف مواد مخدر در بین نوجوانان(مورد مطالعه نوجوانان شهر ایلام) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف</strong>: این مطالعه‌، به دنبال شناخت دلایل گرایش نوجوانان به مصرف مواد مخدر در شهر ایلام بود. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش با روش نظریه‌ی زمینه‌ای و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌ی نیمه ساختار‌یافته با 22 نوجوان مصرف کننده مواد مخدر گردآوری شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در مرحله‌ی کدگذاری باز، 660 عبارت معنایی و در کدگذاری محوری، 155 مفهوم و 20 مقوله‌ی اصلی استخراج گردید. یافته‌ها نقش گروه همسالان، دوستی زیان آورانه، محیط نامناسب زیست شهری، ضعف ساختاری نهادهای اجتماعی‌کننده‌ا‌ی نظیر خانواده به دلیل وجود سابقه اعتیاد در خانواده، سبک فرزندپروری آسیب‌زا، مدیریت ناتوان خانواده و در نتیجه نابسامانی خانواده را و نهاد آموزش به واسطه‌ی مدیریت ناکارآمد مدرسه و امکان تشکیل باند و آشنایی با مواد در مدرسه در گرایش به اعتیاد را تایید می‌کنند. دسترسی آسان به مواد مخدر، هیجان‌طلبی نوجوانان، استقلال مالی زود هنگام همراه با نداشتن مهارت مناسب ارتباطی نقش تشدید کننده‌ای در این مورد ایفا نموده‌اند. نوجوانان مورد مطالعه در این وضعیت از راهبردهای ترک ناموفق، پنهان‌کاری، اقدام مجرمانه در تأمین مواد و حتی تصمیم‌های خود ویرانگرانه‌ استفاده کرده‌اند که همراه با پیامدهایی نظیر طرد اجتماعی بوده است. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> از برآیند مقوله‌ها، مقوله‌ی هسته‌ی &laquo;هم‌گشتی و برهم‌کنشی با همگنان بزهکار&raquo; حاصل شد که موجب تداوم مصرف، ناتوانی در ترک و طرد فراگیر نوجوانان از سوی خانواده شده ‌است. </span></span><br> <div></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> This study was to investigate the reasons of adolescent tendency to use drugs in Ilam. <strong>Method</strong>: This research was conducted by context theory method and purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 22 adolescent drug users. <strong>Results:</strong> In the open coding stage, 660 semantic expressions and in the axial coding, 155 concepts and 20 main categories were extracted. Results showed the role of peer group, harmful friendship, Inadequate urban environment, poor structure of socializing institutions such as the family due to history of addiction in the family, harmful parenting style, incompetent family management resulting in family disorder, educational institution through inefficient school management, the possibility of forming a band confirmed familiarity with drugs in school and tendency to addiction. Easy access to drugs, adolescent excitement, early financial independence, and a lack of proper communication skills played aggravating role in this area. The studied adolescents were used unsuccessful quitting strategies, secrecy, a criminal act in obtaining drugs, and even self-destructive decisions, which has been accompanied by consequences such as social exclusion.
