fa اثربخشی درمان خانواده محور بر نگرش به مصرف مواد در دانش آموزان دختر با اختلال مصرف مواد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> سوءمصرف مواد و اعتیاد از مشکلات جدی دنیای امروز هستند و گرایش زیاد به مصرف مواد در نوجوانان توجه پژوهشگران و درمانگران را به خود جلب کرده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان خانواده&shy; محور بر نگرش به مصرف مواد دانش &shy;آموزان دختر با اختلال مصرف مواد بود.<strong> روش</strong>: در این پژوهش از طرح آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد. بر این اساس، چهار خانواده و دختران نوجوان آن‌ها که اختلال مصرف مواد داشتند، به روش نمونه&shy; گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. درمان خانواده &shy;محور در سه مرحله خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری انجام شد و نوجوانان به پرسش &shy;نامه نگرش &shy;سنج مواد مخدر پاسخ دادند. داده &shy;ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا <span dir="LTR">(RCI)</span> و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند.<strong> یافته&shy; ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که درمان خانواده&shy; محور باعث کاهش معنی &shy;دار نگرش مثبت به مواد مخدر 30/93 بهبودی) شد.<strong> نتیجه&shy; گیری</strong>: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان خانواده &shy;محور می &shy;تواند برای تغییر چرخه ناکارآمد سیستم خانواده و کاهش نگرش مثبت به مصرف مواد در نوجوانان مؤثر باشد و درمانگران می&shy; توانند از این روش درمانی برای بهبود اختلال مصرف مواد استفاده کنند.</span></span><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> Substance abuse and addiction are serious problems in today&#39;s world, and high tendency to use substances in adolescents has attracted the attention of researchers and therapists. The aim of present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of family-based treatment on attitude towards substance use in female students with substance use disorder. <strong>Method:</strong> In this study, a&nbsp;multiple-baseline single-case experimental design was used. Accordingly, four families and their adolescent girls who engaged in substance abuse disorder were selected by purposive sampling. Family-based treatment was performed in three phases of baseline, intervention and follow-up, and adolescents responded to the opium attitude questionnaire.
