fa اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود بازداری پاسخ در مردان مبتلابه سوءمصرف هروئین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف</strong>: افراد مبتلابه سوءمصرف هروئین مشکلات زیادی در عملکردهای اجرایی همچون بازداری پاسخ، سازمان‌دهی، خودتنظیمی هیجانی، توجه و حافظه دارند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر توانبخشی شناختی رایانه &shy;ای بر بهبود بازداری پاسخ در افراد مبتلا به سوءمصرف هروئین بود. <strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر نیمه &shy;آزمایشی با طرح پیش&shy; آزمون-پس&shy; آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد مبتلا به سوءمصرف هروئین شهر تهران بود. از میان آن&shy;ها، 30 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل آزمون رایانه&shy; ای برو-نرو بود. برنامه توانبخشی شناختی <span dir="LTR">Captain&rsquo;s Log</span> به مدت 20 جلسه 50-60 دقیقه&shy; ای و دو بار در هفته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> <strong>یافته &shy;ها</strong>: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که برنامه توانبخشی شناختی <span dir="LTR">Captain&rsquo;s Log</span> موجب بهبود بازداری پاسخ در مردان با سوء مصرف هروئین شد. <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که برنامه توانبخشی شناختی رایانه&shy; ای می &shy;تواند به ‌عنوان روشی مناسب در بهبود بازداری پاسخ مردان با سوءمصرف هروئین به کار رود و در نتیجه منجر به ترک و عدم بازگشت مصرف هروئین شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> People with heroin abuse have many problems in executive functions such as response inhibition, organization, emotional self-regulation, attention, and memory. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of computerized cognitive rehabilitation on improving response inhibition in people with heroin abuse. <strong>Method</strong>: The present study was a quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population included all people with heroin abuse in Tehran. Among them, 30 people were selected through purposive sampling and were assigned into two experimental and control groups. The research instrument was the Go/no Go computer test.
