fa تحلیل محتوای ساختار مراکز درمان اعتیاد در ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف: </strong>در این پژوهش، ساختار مراکز درمان اعتیاد در ایران با بررسی دیدگاه صاحب&shy; ‌نظران در این حوزه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. <strong>روش</strong>: این مطالعه به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت‌دار با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه انجام شد. <strong>یافته&shy;</strong> <strong>ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد ساختار کنگره60 و انجمن معتادان گمنام، به ساختار مأموریت ویژه نزدیک است. به دلیل داشتن تقسیم کار محدود، سلسله‌مراتب ساده و استراتژی ایدئولوژی‌محور، دارای انعطاف‌پذیری و پویایی است. اما، کمپ، مراکز اجتماع‌درمان‌مدار و متادون‌درمانی دارای ساختار آمیخته هستند. به این معنا که اگرچه ویژگی‌هایی از دیوان &shy;سالاری حرفه‌ای در آن‌ها دیده می‌شود اما بیش‌تر به دیوان&shy; سالاری ماشینی شبیه‌اند. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: مراکز درمان اعتیاد چون دارای کادر و برنامه‌های تخصصی حرفه‌ای در زمینه‌ی درمان هستند به ساختار حرفه‌ای نزدیکند. اما وجود انبوه مقررات، سیستم اداری گسترده و دقیق آن‌ها را به ساختار دیوان&shy; سالاری ماشینی شبیه می‌کند. </span></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Objective</strong><strong>:</strong> In this study, the structure of addiction treatment centers in Iran was investigated by considering the opinion of experts in this field. <strong>Method:</strong> This study was conducted by direct qualitative content analysis using interview instrument. <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the structure of Congress 60 and the Association of Anonymous Addicts is close to the special mission structure. Due to its limited division of labor, simple hierarchy and ideology-based strategy, it has flexibility and dynamics. However, the camp, therapeutic community centers, and methadone therapy have a mixed structure. That is to say, although they have the characteristics of professional bureaucracy, they are more like machine bureaucracy. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Addiction treatment centers are close to professional structure because they have professional staff and specialized programs in the field of treatment.
