fa مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه بسترهای اعتیاد به مواد مخدر در زنان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 8.5pt 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: rtl;"><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;">هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"> گزارش‌های رسمی نشان می‌دهد </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">علاوه برافزایش روزافزون مصرف مواد مخدر در کشور، روند اعتیاد از تک جنسیتی به سمت دوجنسیتی می‌رود. </span><span style="font-family:b zar;">عوامل متعددی در سبب‌شناسی سوءمصرف و اعتیاد مؤثر است که در تعامل با یکدیگر به شروع مصرف و سپس اعتیاد منجر می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه تبیین تجربه زیسته زنان مصرف‌کننده مواد مخدر صنعتی در شهر کرمانشاه است.<strong> روش</strong>: </span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">روش این تحقیق، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. جامعه آماری زنان مصرف‌کننده مواد مخدر صنعتی در شهر کرمانشاه است.</span> <span style="font-family:b zar;">25نفر نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه عمیق استفاده‌شده است.<strong> یافته‌ها:</strong> از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها 4 مقوله مفهومی اصلی به دست آمد. علل اعتیاد در قالب مقوله اصلی تسهیل&shy; گرهای فردی و محیطی اعتیاد، دریافت احساسی از مصرف مواد با عنوان مقوله اصلی پیوستار احساسی، پیامدهای اجتماعی اعتیاد در قالب مقوله اصلی تنبیه جامعه و مقوله علل پیشگیری ناموفق در قالب مفهوم اصلی اصلاح و درمان کم‌دوام به دست آمد. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج پژوهش با توجه به پیچیدگی موضوع، شرایط مبارزه کنونی تحت عنوان کاهش عرضه خیلی جواب‌گو نیست. باید روش کاهش تقاضا، برنامه‌های آموزشی، برنامه‌های اقتصادی برای تغییر، بازنگری در قوانین و برنامه‌های پیشگیری و تقویت برنامه‌های حمایتی جهت ارتقاء زنان مدنظر قرار گیرد.</span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000">&nbsp;</font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><span new="" style="font-family:;" times="">&nbsp;</span></font></p> <font color="#000000"><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><!--stripped--> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 14.2pt 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-pagination: none;"><b><span new="" style="color: black; font-family:;" times="">Purpose</span></b><span new="" style="color: black; font-family:;" times="">: Official reports show that, in addition to increasing drug use in the country, the trend of addiction goes from</span><span b="" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> single genter</span><span new="" style="color: black; font-family:;" times=""> to two sex<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">)</span> female and man<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">(</span>. Twenty-five subjects were selected through targeted sampling. The interview method was used to collect data. <b>Results:</b> From the data analysis, four main conceptual categories were obtained.
