fa مبانی فقهی حرمت استعمال مواد مخدر عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف</strong>: با توجه به عوامل مختلفی همچون آسان‌تر شدن تولید مواد مخدر، این معضل بیش از پیش دامن‌گیر تمامی جوامع بشری، از جمله ایران اسلامی شده است؛ از این رو، مقالۀ حاضر مبانی فقهی حرمت استعمال مواد مخدر را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> از عموم و اطلاقات برخی از آیات قرآنی می‌توان حرمت شرعی این عمل را به صراحت و به وضوح کشف کرد. از آن جمله است: ادله مربوط به ممنوعیت قتل نفس و نهی از به هلاکت انداختن خود، ممنوعیت زائل کردن عقل، لزوم دوری از پلیدی‌ها و اعمال شیطانی که استعمال مواد مخدر در رأس آن قرار دارد. علاوه بر این، روایات خاصی نیز بر حرمت این عمل دلالت داشته و بنای عقلا نیز مؤید ممنوعیت این عمل است. <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری: </strong>ارائۀ مبانی حرمت مواد مخدر می‌تواند به دست‌اندرکاران مبارزه با این پدیده شوم، به دلیل دستیابی به اجازات شرعیه و دستورات دینی مبنی بر ممنوعیت شرعی استعمال مواد مخدر، این مساعدت را داشته باشد که با عنایت به این مبانی، در جهت ریشه‌کنی این پدیده، با آسودگی خاطر و با دستان باز، نهایت تلاش خود را انجام دهند. به متشرعین نیز انگیزه دینی می‌دهد که از این عمل اجتناب کنند.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> Due to various factors, such as the ease of production of narcotics, this issue has become more prevalent in all human societies, including Islamic Iran. Therefore, the present paper examines the jurisprudence principles of the prohibition of drug use. <strong>Results:</strong> From the public and certain Quranic verses, one can explicitly and clearly discover the religious prohibition of drug use. For example, the reasons pertaining to the prohibition of ego-murder and ego-murder, the prohibition of removing wisdom, the necessity of avoiding filth and acts of evil, on top of which drug use lies. In addition, certain hadiths also imply the prohibition of this act, and the thinkers&#39; rationale confirms the prohibition of this practice. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The provision of the principles of the prohibition of narcotics can help the authorities to do their bests to eradicate this phenomenon with ease because of the availability of the religious law and religious prohibition on the use of narcotic drugs.
