fa بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، سبک های دلبستگی ناایمن در افراد وابسته به هروئین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره &shy;درمانی بر طرحواره&shy;های ناسازگار اولیه، سبک &shy;های دلبستگی ناایمن در مران وابسته به هروئین بود. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش نیمه &shy;آزمایشی از نوع پیش&shy; آزمون- پس&shy; آزمون با گروه گواه بود. تعداد 44 مرد وابسته به هروئین انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (22 نفر) و گروه گواه (22 نفر) گمارده شدند. در این مطالعه، گروه آزمایش تحت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه &shy;ای طرحواره&shy; درمانی قرار گرفت و گروه گواه در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. شرکت &shy;کنندگان پرسش&shy; نامه طرحواره یانگ فرم کوتاه و پرسش&shy; نامه سبک&shy; های دلبستگی بزرگسالان را در مرحله پیش &nbsp;&shy;آزمون و پس&shy; آزمون کامل کردند. <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله پس&shy; آزمون، طرحواره&shy; درمانی توانست طرحواره&shy; های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک&shy; های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و دوسوگرا را به شکل معناداری نسبت به گروه گواه کاهش دهد. <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> طرحواره&shy; درمانی می&shy; تواند طرحواره &shy;های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک&shy; های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و دوسوگرا در مردان وابسته به هروئین را کاهش دهد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives:</strong> The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of schema therapy in early maladaptive schemas and insecure attachment styles in heroin-dependent men. <strong>Method:</strong> A quasi-experimental research design along with pre-test/ post-test and control group was employed for the conduct of this study. The number of 44 male heroin patients was selected and randomly assigned to two experimental (n = 22) and control groups (n = 22). In this study, the experimental group received ten 90-minute sessions of schema therapy and the control group was placed on the waiting list.
