<p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر در جمعیتهای در معرض خطر به منظور طراحی مداخلاتی جهت پیشگیری و درمان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیل کننده تکانشگری و سن در رابطه میان اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر مردان سوء مصرف­کننده مت آمفتامین انجام شد. <strong>روش: </strong>مطالعه حاضر از نوع تحلیلی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمام مردان مصرف­کننده مت آمفتامین بود که در کمپهای ترک اعتیاد شهر تهران اقامت داشتند. از بین این جامعه نمونهای به حجم 300 نفر از طریق روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، فرم کوتاه مقیاس رفتار تکانشی پنج عاملی و پرسشنامه رفتار جنسی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها بر مبنای آزمون همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و <span dir="LTR">Lisrel</span> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. <strong>یافتهها: </strong><span dir="RTL">ابعاد تکانشگری، اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و سن همبستگی معناداری را با رفتار جنسی پرخطر داشتند. مدل پیشنهاد شده برای بررسی نقش تعدیل­کننده تکانشگری و سن در رابطه میان ابعاد اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر برازش مطلوبی با دادهها داشت</span> [<span dir="LTR">RMSEA=0.05, RMR=0.01, NFI =1, CFI=1, AGFI =94, GFI =1, χ<sup>2</sup> / df = 1.75</span>]<span dir="LTR">.</span> تکانشگری (0/01><span dir="LTR">P</span>، 0/48=<span dir="LTR">β</span>) و سن (0/01><span dir="LTR">P</span>، 0/22-=<span dir="LTR">β</span>) اثر معنادار مستقیم و ابعاد اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی اثرات معنادار مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر داشتند. <strong>نتیجهگیری:</strong> تکانشگری اثر مثبت و سن اثر منفی بر رفتار جنسی پرخطر دارد و این متغیرها با تشدید رابطه بین اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی و رفتار جنسی پرخطر به افزایش میزان رفتار جنسی پرخطر در مصرف کنندگان مت آمفتامینی منجر میشوند که از دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی رنج میبرند.<br>

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><strong>Introduction: </strong>Considering the importance of identifying factors influencing risky sexual behavior in at-risk populations in order to design interventions to prevent and treatment, present study aimed to examining the moderator role of impulsivity personality trait and age in relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior of men who abuse methamphetamine.<br>
<strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>Present study is analytical cross-sectional. Statistical population consisted of all methamphetamine users men who were lived in addiction treatment camps in Tehran city. From this population a sample included 300 individuals selecting through available sampling were assessed employing<a name="OLE_LINK7"> Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale, short form of</a> UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale, and risky sexual behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed based on correlation test and path analysis using SPSS and Lisrel softwares.<br>
<strong>Results: </strong>aspects of impulsivity, emotion dysregulation and age had significant correlation with risky sexual behavior. The suggested model for examining the moderator role of impulsivity and age on relationship between emotion dysregulation and risky sexual behavior had excellent fitness with data [RMSEA=0.05, RMR=0.01, NFI =1, CFI=1, AGFI =94, GFI =1, χ<sup>2</sup> / df = 1.75]. Impulsivity (β=0.48, P<0.01) and age (β=-0.22, P<0.01) had direct significant effect, and the aspects of emotion dysregulation had direct and indirect significant effects on risky sexual behavior</p>
