fa رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله ای و خودکارآمدی پرهیز از مواد در جوانان آلوده به اعتیاد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف: </strong>گرایش روزافزون به مصرف مواد مخدر به ویژه با کاهش سن اعتیاد و رواج آن در میان جوانان یکی از مشکلات بزرگ اجتماعی است و تلاش های بسیاری در راستای بررسی ارتباط سوءمصرف مواد و سازه های شخصیت انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله ای و خودکارآمدی پرهیز از مواد در جوانان آلوده به اعتیاد شهر مرودشت انجام شد. <strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش یک مطالعه ی توصیفی-همبستگی بوده و جامعه&shy;ی آماری آن را افراد معتاد تحت درمان در 7 کانون ترک اعتیاد شهر مرودشت تشکیل می دادند که 116 نفر از آنان به روش در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسش نامه مقیاس ابعاد شخصیت نئو، خودکارآمدی پرهیز از مواد و راهبردهای مقابله ای لازاروس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. <strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد خودکارآمدی پرهیز از مواد با بعد روان رنجورخویی شخصیت رابطه منفی و با بعد انعطاف پذیری، رابطه مثبت دارد. راهبرد مقابله ای مسأله مدار با بعد انعطاف پذیری شخصیت رابطه مثبت و راهبرد مقابله ای هیجان مدار با بعد روان رنجورخویی رابطه منفی دارد. همچنین خودکارآمدی پرهیز از مواد با راهبرد مقابله ای مسأله مدار رابطه مثبت دارد. <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>ابعاد شخصیتی مختلف و سطوح متفاوت خودکارآمدی و انتخاب سبک و الگوی مقابله ای از عوامل مؤثردر گرایش و یا عدم گرایش افراد به مصرف مواد و اعتیاد می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The increasing tendency to drug use is one of the major social problems particularly because the age of drug users has reduced and it has been spread among youth. In this regard, many efforts have been made to investigate the relationship between substance abuse and personality-related constructs. This study aimed to investigate the relationship of personality traits and coping strategies with drug abstinence self-efficacy in addicted youth at Marvdasht. <strong>Method:</strong> This research was a descriptive-correlation study and the addicts under treatment at 7 Addiction treatment centers of Marvdasht city constituted its statistical population. From among this population, 116 participants were chosen by convenience sampling and in a voluntary fashion. These participants were evaluated in terms of the research variables by means of NEO Personality Inventory, Drug Abstinence Self-efficacy Scale, and Lazarus Ways of Coping Questionnaire. <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that drug abstinence self-efficacy was negatively correlated with neuroticism (one of the dimensions of personality) and positively correlated with the dimension o resiliency. Problem-focused coping strategies are positively associated with the personality dimension o resiliency and emotion-focused coping strategies are negatively correlated with neuroticism dimension.
