fa بررسی اثر ضربان های دوگوشی بر افراد معتاد با استفاده از سیگنال مغزی (EEG) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف: </strong>در این پژوهش با بررسی تأثیر ضربان دوگوشی بر افراد معتاد، استفاده از این تکنولوژی به‌عنوان کمک درمان در ترک پایدار اعتیاد امکان سنجی شده است. <strong>روش :</strong> جامعه آماری از 15 نفر مرد معتاد بستری در کلینیک ترک اعتیاد، تشکیل‌شده بود که زیر نظر پزشک معالج و با استفاده از آزمون شخصیت آیزنک و آزمون ادرار انتخاب‌شدند. به 10 نفر علاوه بر درمان عادی، در سه جلسه تحریک کنترل‌شده ضربان دوگوشی اعمال و 5 نفر به‌عنوان شاهد فقط درمان عادی را پیگیری کرده اند. از شرکت کنندگان آزمون دوپامین از نمونه ادرار، ثبت سیگنال مغزی و پرسش نامه خلق‌وخوی برامز اخذ شد. <strong>یافته ها:</strong> اعمال ضربان دوگوشی کنترل‌شده باعث کاهش عصبانیت، تنش، سردرگمی، افزایش سرزندگی، تمایل به ادامه درمان و دریافت بهبودی در افراد معتاد شد. <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> به‌کارگیری ضربان دوگوشی کنترل‌شده در کنار سایر فعالیت های مورداستفاده در فرایند درمان اعتیاد به‌عنوان روشی بدون عوارض جانبی، می تواند باعث تسریع و تثبیت درمان در افراد شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim and scope: </strong>When two audio signals with different frequencies are presented separately to the left and right ears, the brain perceived an audio signal with frequency equal to the frequency difference between the two audio signals. This phenomenon has known as the binaural beat. If this technology used regular and listened targeted, it can reduced stress and anxiety, and increased focus, concentration, motivation, confidence, and depth in meditation. In this study, we checked the binaural beats effect on addicts to use of this technology as an aid in the treatment of stable crack addiction.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods: </strong>The population of this study is included 15 addicted people who admitted in rehab clinic with an average age of 30.5 that chosen under medical supervision and using the Eysenck&rsquo;s personality test and urine test. 10 people in addition to normal treatment received the controlled binaural beats in three sessions and 5 people who employed as witness, just received the normal treatment.
