fa نقش تشخیصی انقطاع پاداش تاخیری و هیجان خواهی در افراد مبتلا به مصرف مواد محرک و افیونی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف: </strong>هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تشخیصی انقطاع پاداش تأخیری و هیجان خواهی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد محرک و افیون بود. <strong>روش: </strong>در قالب یک طرح علی-مقایسه ای از بین مراجعه‌کنندگان مبتلا به مصرف مواد محرک و افیون به‌صورت در دسترس 45 بیمار مبتلا به افیون و 45 بیمار مبتلا به محرک انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه&shy;های انقطاع پاداش تأخیری و هیجان خواهی فرم پنج در میان آن ها اجرا شد. <strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج تابع تشخیصی نشان داد هیجان خواهی و انقطاع پاداش تأخیری توانسته اند 66/86 درصد افراد مواد محرک و 44/84 درصد افراد مواد افیونی را درست گروه بندی کنند؛ به عبارت دیگر به صورت کلی 60/85 درصد کل نمونه درست طبقه بندی شده اند. <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>پیشنهاد می شود در برنامه های پیشگیری و درمان&nbsp;مرتبط با این دو اختلال به این متغیرها توجه ویژه شود.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><b><span b="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><font color="#000000">Abstract</font></span></b></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Introduction:</span></b><span b="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""> One of the most important problems in global health in recent years, the high prevalence of substance use disorders and addiction. Psychological factors in vulnerability, aggravation, relapse and craving these disorders have a significant role. In this context, the aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic role of delayed reward discounting and sensation seeking in substance use stimulant and opiate disorders.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">method</span></b><span b="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">: this study was a causal-comparative research design.
