fa اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت هدف بر توجه پایدار، حافظه آینده نگر، و بازداری پاسخ مصرف کنندگان مزمن مت آمفتامین در اوایل دوره پرهیز تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف: </span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت هدف بر بهبود توجه پایدار، حافظه آینده نگر و بازداری پاسخ سوءمصرف کنندگان مت آمفتامین انجام شد. <strong>روش:</strong> در یک پژوهش شبه آزمایشی 40 مصرف کننده مت آمفتامین که در اوایل دوره بهبود خود بودند، به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آموزش مدیریت هدف بعلاوه ی دارودرمانی و گروه دارودرمانی منتسب گشتند. به منظور بررسی توجه پایدار، حافظه آینده نگر و بازداری پاسخ شرکت کنندگان از آزمون های عملکرد پیوسته، پرسش نامه سنجش حافظه مربوط به آینده، و آزمون رنگ- واژه استروپ استفاده گردید. <strong>یافته ها:</strong> تحلیل داده ها نشان داد بین میانگین تمام مولفه های توجه پایدار و حافظه آینده نگر در دو گروه تفاوت وجود دارد (05/0</span><span dir="LTR">P<</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). تفاوت میانگین خطای همخوان و ناهمخوان در آزمون مربوط به بازداری پاسخ نیز در دو گروه تفاوت داشت (05/0</span><span dir="LTR">P<</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> پژوهش حاضر نشان داد آموزش مدیریت هدف بهبود معنادار توجه پایدار، حافظه آینده نگر و بازداری پاسخ را در سوءمصرف کنندگان مت آمفتامین به همراه دارد. این یافته ها بیانگر تاثیر توانبخشی های عصب- روان شناختی در درمان وابستگی به داروهای مت آمفتامینی است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The current research was conducted to investigating&nbsp;the effectiveness of Goal Management Training (GMT) in the improvement of sustained attention, prospective memory, and response inhibition in methamphetamine abusers. <strong>Method:</strong> In a quasi-experimental study, 40 methamphetamine abusers who were in their early recovery period were selected through random cluster sampling method. They were then randomly assigned into two groups, goal management training plus pharmacotherapy and pharmacotherapy. In order to assess sustained attention, prospective memory and response inhibition, the researchers used Continuous Performance Test, Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire, and Stroop Color and Word Test. The data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance. <strong>Results: </strong>The results of the data analysis revealed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of all components of sustained attention and prospective memory (P<0.05). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The present study showed that goal management training significantly improves sustained attention, response inhibition, and prospective memory in former methamphetamine abusers.
