fa سیستم های بازداری- فعال‌سازی رفتاری و سبک های مقابله ای در افراد مصرف‌کننده اوپیوم، تحت درمان نگهدارنده متادون و همتایان سالم عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه سیستم های بازداری- فعال‌سازی رفتاری و سبک های مقابله ای در افراد مصرف‌کننده اوپیوم، تحت درمان نگهدارنده متادون و همتایان سالم انجام شد. <strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر ازنظر زمانی گذشته‌نگر، از منظر هدف بنیادی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها به طرح‌های علّی-مقایسه‌ای تعلق دارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مردان سوءمصرف‌کننده اوپیوم بود که در فصل بهار سال 1395 به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر ساری مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 43 نفر از افراد مصرف‌کننده اوپیوم، 45 نفر دریافت‌کننده داروی متادون و 40 نفر همتای سالم بودند که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. مقیاس های سیستم‌های بازداری- فعال‌سازی رفتاری، و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای در هر سه گروه اجرا شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بین سه گروه در سیستم های بازداری- فعال‌سازی رفتاری و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنین میانگین نمرات مصرف‌کنندگان اوپیوم و افراد تحت درمان با متادون در سیستم فعال‌سازی رفتاری و سبک‌های مقابله هیجان&shy;مدار و اجتنابی بیش‌تر از میانگین گروه بهنجار بود. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند راهگشای متخصصان در فهم دقیق علت سوءمصرف مواد، استفاده از روش‌های مناسب برای پیشگیری از اعتیاد و گسترش روش‌های درمانی وابستگی به مواد باشد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> This study aimed to compare behavioral activation and inhibition systems and coping styles in opium consumer,Methadone maintenance treatment clients and healthy peers.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods: </strong>A causal-comparative study was used in this retrospective and fundamental research. Statistical population of this research include all men of substance abuse addiction treatment center in Sari city in 1395. The sample consisted of 43 opium consumer (self-represented), 45 Methadone maintenance treatment clients, and 40 healthy peers who were selected via at hand sampling method. For data collection, were administered for every 3 groups the Behavioral activation-inhibition system scale (BIS-BAS) and Coping Strategies Inventory (CISS). Then the data was performed in program spss version 21 using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and tukey test (TUKEY).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that there was a significant difference between three groups in behavioral activation and inhibition systems and coping styles.
