fa رابطه مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی و عاطفه منفی با ولع مصرف با توجه به میانجی گری افسردگی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف: </strong>هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه مشکلات تنظیم هیجانی و عواطف منفی با ولع مصرف با توجه به میانجی گری افسردگی بود. <strong>روش: </strong>روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر همبستگی از نوع مطالعات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل معتادان بستری در مراکز ترک اعتیاد استان آذربایجان غربی بود که در 6ماهه دوم 1394در مراکز بستری شده بودند (<span dir="LTR">N=526</span>). نمونه مورد مطالعه 216 نفر از افراد مذکور با استفاده از نمونه&shy;گیری دردسترس از جامعه انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه های سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، عاطفه منفی پاناس، مشکلات تنظیم هیجان، افسردگی بک و ولع مصرف پاسخ دادند. <strong>یافته</strong> <strong>ها: </strong>نتایج تحلیل روابط ساختاری نشان داد که ضرایب استاندارد مسیر مشکلات تنظیم هیجان به ولع مصرف (0/62 =&beta;)؛ مسیر مشکلات تنظیم هیجان به افسردگی (0/35 =&beta;)؛ مسیر عواطف منفی با ولع مصرف(0/59 =&beta;)؛ مسیر عواطف منفی به افسردگی (0/41=&beta;) و مسیر افسردگی به ولع مصرف (0/43 =&beta;) در سطح آماری معنا‌دار بود؛ و همچنین حدپایین و حد بالای مسیرهای غیرمستقیم مشکلات تنظیم هیجان و عاطفه منفی به ولع مصرف از طریق افسردگی صفر را در بر نگرفت و این حاکی از معنا‌دار بودن این مسیرهای غیر مستقیم است. <strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری: </strong>با توجه به اینکه یکی از مشکلات اساسی جامعه اعتیاد است واین معضل بیشتر افراد فعال جامعه را درگیر خود کرده، و افسردگی و کنترل هیجانات نقش اساسی در این مشکل دارد؛ پیشنهاد می شود خانواده ها و دستگاه های دولتی در پیشگیری از اختلالات رفتاری فعال تر عمل کنند و از مراکز مشاوره جهت درمان و آموزش مهارت های زندگی بهره مند شوند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Objective:</strong> The present study aimed at investigating the relationship of emotional regulation and negative affect with craving for drug use with the mediating role of depression. <strong>Method:</strong> This study was a correlational and structural research. The statistical population of this study included all the addicts hospitalized in addiction treatment centers in West Azerbaijan Province who had been admitted to the centers during the second six months of 2012 (N = 526). The number of 216 participants was selected using convenience sampling method from the population and responded to the questionnaires of Behavioural Brain System, Negative Affectivity of PANAS, Emotional Regulation Difficulties, Beck Depression Scale, and Drug Craving Scale. <strong>Results:</strong> The results of structural correlation analysis showed that the standard coefficients of the paths of emotional regulation difficulties to craving (&beta; = 0.62); emotional regulation difficulties to depression (&beta; = 0.35); the path of negative affects to craving (&beta; = 0.59); the path of negative affects to depression (&beta; = 0.41); and the path of depression to craving (&beta; = 0.43) were statistically significant. In addition, the lower and upper limits of indirect pathways did not entail emotional regulation difficulties and negative affects to craving through zero depression, which indicates the significance of these indirect paths. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> One of the main problems of the society is addiction and this problem has mostly involved the active people of the society; on the other hand, depression and emotional control play an important role in this problem.
