fa مدیریت و اجرای نمونه‌گیری از معتادان تزریقی در معرض بیماری‌های پرخطر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف: </strong>مطالعه جمعیت‌های پنهانی چون معتادان تزریقی بدلیل قرار گرفتن در معرض بیماری‌های پرخطر و نقش آنان در سلامت جامعه بسیار حائز اهمیت است. روش‌های آماری متداول برای نمونه‌گیری از این جمعیت‌های بدلیل محدودیت‌های پیشروی آنان کارا نمی‌باشند. با وجود معرفی روش نمونه‌گیری پاسخگو محور به عنوان روشی موفق در نمونه‌گیری از جمعیت‌های پنهان، تعداد محدودی از مطالعات به دلیل عدم شناخت پژوهشگران با استفاده از این روش نمونه‌گیری انجام گرفته است. <strong>روش: </strong>هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر بررسی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در مدیریت و اجرای روش نمونه‌گیری پاسخگو محور می‌باشد. <strong>یافته ها: </strong>به منظور مدیریت اجرای این روش نمونه‌گیری، پژوهشگران باید نکات کلیدی در طراحی کوپن&shy;ها، مقدار و نحوه پرداخت مشوق‌ها و جلوگیری از رشد بی‌رویه اندازه نمونه را مد نظر قرار دهند. <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بدون در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات نحوه اجرا و مدیریت، با استفاده از این روش نمونه‌گیری نمی‌توان انتظار دستیابی به نمونه های معرف از این جمعیت‌ها را داشت.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Objectives: </strong>Study of hidden populations such as Injection Drug Users (IDU) due to their exposing to high risk diseases and their roll in public health is very crucial. Conventional statistical methods for sampling these populations are not applicable because of the restrictions these populations are faced.
