fa رابطه ساده و چندگانه خودشیفتگی پاتولوژیک و خودکنترلی در پیش‌بینی خودکارآمدی ترک اعتیاد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه خودشیفتگی پاتولوژیک و خودکنترلی با خودکارآمدی ترک اعتیاد در بیماران تحت درمان داروهای نگهدارنده بود<strong>. روش: </strong>طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. به این منظور تعداد 356 نفر از بیماران تحت درمان داروهای نگهدارنده همچون متادون و بوپرنورفین در کیلینیک‌های ترک اعتیاد شهر سمنان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای&nbsp; انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه‌های خودشیفتگی پاتولوژیک پینکاس و همکاران، خودکنترلی شناختی گراسمیک و همکاران و خودکارآمدی ترک اعتیاد برامسون را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به کمک نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS_V19</span> استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بین خودشیفتگی پاتولوژیک و خودکنترلی با خودکارآمدی ترک اعتیاد رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد خودشیفتگی پاتولوژیک و خودکنترلی 20 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی ترک اعتیاد را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. <strong>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در نهایت می‌توان گفت که ترکیب خودشیفتگی تعدیل شده و خودکنترلی بالا می‌تواند خودکارآمدی افرادی که سابقه مصرف مواد داشته‌اند و تحت درمان داروهای نگهدارنده قرار گرفته‌اند را افزایش دهد و در ادامه درمان این افراد، انجام مداخلات روانشناختی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship of pathological narcissism and self-control with drug abstinence self-efficacy in patients under the treatment of maintenance drugs.&nbsp;<strong>Method:</strong>&nbsp;The present study falls within the category of descriptive and correlation studies. A total of 356 patients under the treatment of maintenance drugs, such as methadone and buprenorphine were selected by random cluster sampling method from Addiction Treatment Clinics of Semnan city. These participants filled out Pincus et al.&#39;s Pathological Narcissism&nbsp;Inventory, Grasmick,&nbsp;et al.&#39;s self-control scale, and Bramson Drug Abstinence Self-Efficacy&nbsp;Scale. <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The results showed that there pathological narcissism and self-control have a significant positive relationship with drug abstinence self-efficacy. Moreover, multiple regression analysis showed that pathological narcissism and self-control predicted 20% of drug abstinence self-efficacy variance.&nbsp;<strong>Conclusion<span dir="RTL">:</span>&nbsp;</strong>It can be concluded that the combination of adjusted narcissism and high self-control can increase the amount of self-efficacy among&nbsp;people who have a history of drug abuse and&nbsp;placement under maintenance drugs.
