fa مدل ‌یابی ساختاری شدت اعتیاد بر اساس سلامت و حمایت خانواده اصلی با میانجی‌ گری تمایزیافتگی خود تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل &shy;یابی ساختاری شدت اعتیاد بر اساس سلامت و حمایت خانواده اصلی با میانجی&shy; گری تمایزیافتگی خود در گروهی از افراد معتاد به مواد مخدر شهر مشهد بود. <strong>روش:</strong> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. از 300 نفر از معتادان خودمعرف و یا ارجاع داده شده به مراکز دولتی ترک اعتیاد شهر مشهد بر اساس جدول مورگان 169 نفر به شیوه نمونه&shy; گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند که 19 پرسش &shy;نامه به دلیل عدم پاسخ &shy;گویی شفاف از جریان تحلیل کنار گذاشته شدند. بنابراین تعداد 150نفر (75 نفر مرد و 75 نفر زن) به پرسش&shy; نامه&shy; های غربال&shy; گری مصرف تنباکو، الکل و مواد اعتیادآور، سلامت خانواده اصلی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده چند بعدی و تمایزیافتگی خود پاسخ دادند. <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> بر اساس نتایج، سلامت خانواده اصلی و همچنین حمایت اجتماعی در سطح خانواده به طور مستقیم پیش&shy; بین منفی برای شدت اعتیاد بودند (05/0><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;">P</span></span>). تمایزیافتگی به طور مستقیم پیش&shy; بین منفی برای شدت اعتیاد نبود (05/0<<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;">P</span></span>). سلامت خانواده اصلی با میانجی&shy; گری تمایزیافتگی خود پیش &shy;بین منفی برای شدت اعتیاد بود(05/0><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;">P</span></span>). حمایت اجتماعی در سطح خانواده با میانجی&shy; گری تمایزیافتگی خود پیش &shy;بین منفی برای شدت اعتیاد نبود (05/0<<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 9pt;">P</span></span>). <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> لازمه کاهش شدت اعتیاد افراد ارتقای سطح سلامت خانواده اصلی آن &shy;هاست که این ارتقا به افزایش میزان تمایزیافتگی و در نتیجه کاهش شدت اعتیاد منجر می&shy; شود. به &shy;علاوه ارتقای میزان حمایتی که خانواده به این افراد عرضه کرده و آن&shy; ها نیز آن را ادراک می&shy;کنند در کاهش شدت اعتیاد مؤثر می&shy; باشد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of this study was to determine the structural modelling of addiction severity based on the health and support of the original family through the mediating role of differentiation of self in a group of drug addicts in Mashhad. <strong>Method:</strong> This research was a descriptive-correlational study of structural equation. Out of 300 addicts presenting to Mashhad&#39;s addiction treatment centers, 169 people were selected through convenience sampling method according to Morgan table. The number ofv19 questionnaires were excluded from the final analysis due to lack of clear responses to the items. Therefore, 150 participants (75 men and 75 women) responded to Alcohol Smoking and Substance Involvement Screening Test, Family-of-Origin Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and Differentiation of Self Inventory. <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study showed that the health of original family and social support at the family level were directly negative predictors of the severity of addiction (P< 0.05). The differentiation was not a direct predictor of severity of addiction (P>0.05). The health of original family with the mediating role of differentiation of self was a negative predictor of severity of addiction (P <0.05). Social support at the family level with the mediating role of differentiation of self was not a negative predictor of the severity of addiction (P>0.05). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In order to reduce the severity of addiction, it is necessary to improve the level of health of the original family, which leads to an increase in the degree of differentiation and, thus, decreases the severity of addiction.
