Results: Based on the results, there was a significant difference in pulmonary function factors ( FVC and FEV1) of the Pilates and electric stimulation group. Also, in the training group, along with false stimulation, all of the evaluated variables except the factor (FEV1 / FVC) increased. Conclusion: Using the findings of this study, Pilates exercises and electrical stimulation can be used as a therapeutic drug for increasing the functional capacity of the lungs and the aerobic capacity of addicted men.
